Went to the wine pairing dinner for the first time. It was spectacular the wine the good top notch. I highly recommend this special event.
This restaurant leaves items out of your order and it is impossible to contact them for a correction. You pay for food that you don’t get.
This review goes out to Michael (AKA "the Fig") as promised.We arrived to the perfect place to eat on a Sunday afternoon! The atmosphere was memorable. It was our fist time inside of this Carrabba's location, and let me tell you It won't be our last! Coming in, not knowing what to expect, the place was immaculately clean and well decorated. Our food was served hot, and fresh it truly exceeded all of our expectations especially on taste, texture and doneness. Well done!! Cooking staff I applaud you! And with our waiter Michael, he just served to elevate the whole Carrabba's experience & evening here to another level. He was friendly, yet personable to us. Not only did he anticipate what we needed without asking, but he was receptive & responsive in the moment to my specific requests. That's what's really impressive! He is an excellent & experienced server and it shows! I hope this wont be the only and last time we get the pleasure to be dined & served with consistently great food!

We enjoy eating here. For starters the calamari and cheese sticks are always a hit. The bread with the olive oil and spices are addicting. You can't go wrong with the Johnny. You get a flavored plank of chicken and steak. The lasagna always hits the spot. The pasta wessie is always a hit with the shrimp.Update: recently tried the spring specials. the champagne shrimp pasta was okay. The pasta was not very flavorful. The berry butter cake dessert was good but expensive for a small portion size.
This restaurant is definitely considered a staple in our household, we love the consistent good quality of food and selection on the menu. Excellent customer service as well - an item was accidentally forgotten with our delivery order tonight but the manager went above and beyond to make it right.
The food was good but unfortunately our server Kathryn Y was a bit rushed and I noticed her wipe her nose in front of the kitchen and didn’t wash her hands or sanitize. Instead she just grabbed a couple of plates and brought it over to guests. Thank GOD it wasn’t our food! This was so unfortunate!!!!!
After a horrible experience before we decided to give it another try. This time was much better. I did ask however that they didn't burn the chicken parm again. Our waiter was great, got everything to us as fast as he could. The kitchen was beyond backed up and it took an amazing amount of time to get our meals. Other than that everything else was great!
I wish I remember our waiters name, the customer service was superb. The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned that we had to come back for lunch today. Great dinner from drinks, too the appetizers to our men meals for dinner which we were too stuffed to even attempt so we had to take them to go. This will be our go to Italian restaurant closer to home.
My poor server was bouncing from table to table and it seemed that she couldn't catch up. For a meal that should take less than an hour, took 90 minutes. All I had was the soup and salad $7.99 special. I was pretty disappointed with my tepid soup and over seasoned salad. Carrabba's you can do better than this. I did like the background music though.
