I had a great time at this place and will be going back soon between Thursday and Saturday not sure which day. My bartender was super cool and she interacted in conversation with me that was very nice ? Definitely will be back here! My drinks were served quickly and I felt valued as a customer just wanting to have a few beers and relax some. Thank you Fry Rd Buffalo Wild Wings location (Park Row) awesome atmosphere!
If I could rate it lower I would. Not because of the food but due the the poor service our waitress Madison provided to us during our visit on 05/21/2022. Madison was our waitress that Saturday night, we were out celebrating our newly high school graduate at her “favorite” restaurant. Upon arrival Madison took our drink order it took about 10-15min for her to put in our drink order on the system, we were sitting right behind the computer. After entering our drinks in, it took another 10min for her to get our fountain drinks out. I completely understand if the alcoholic drinks are delayed as they come from the bar but all drinks were brought out at the same time. Madison then took our order, in the middle of one of us ordering she was distracted by the table behind us, immediately stopped for 1-2min then turned back to us asking if she had taken one our attendees order. While our attendee was repeating back the order to her she turned to the next person in our table without acknowledging what our attendee was saying, not even an “I got ya” just completely moved on and turned her back. One our attendees order was wrong, Madison was no where to be found. One of us needed a refill, Madison was no where to be found. Finally she comes around asking if we needed anything, we did not disclose with her food order was wrong as our attendee was almost done with her food, it didn’t matter at this point. We asked for a refill it took her a while for her to bring it out and she just slides it over to the person requesting the drink and walks away. Maybe about 15-20min after someone else needed a refill. Madison was nowhere to be found maybe 10-15 min later she comes out of the restroom rushing to the back end of the restaurant. We waited for her to come around and asked for the long over due refill as some of us were still eating. We ask for our bill at this point because who knows when we will see her again. 10-15min pass by no refills no bill. We watched Madison talk to co-workers and attend other tables. One of us got up to ask someone at the desk if they could get us the bill they said we had to wait for waitress. We saw the manager who greeted us to our table and explained we were waiting for Madison to bring us our refills for over 15min and our bill. Manager apologized, got our bill and to go drinks. Some of us were not done eating but at this point food was cold and we were not planning to wait another 10-15min for to go boxes.
I love this place. My #1 spot for wings and more but this time around my wings were very hard and dry. I was a little upset due to the NCAA college game was starting and didn't want to go back. Hopefully better next time.
This restaurant is not worth your time! Came in 830pm waited 30 minutes and no one came to take our order! This is so upsetting! We walked out and decided to eat at the Burger King next door. Which had better service.
Extra terrible service at the bar. Came in with my girlfriend after she got off of work. It was a slow evening with 5 people at the bar when we showed up. Ordered some drinks and appetizers first which came out alright. 2nd round of drinks took a little while and the time that passed when we ordered our entrees and when we actually got them was outrageous. I was fooled when my ticket was not updated to reflect the food order but then I realized it was because our bartender was too busy chatting with other patrons about soul food and explains to them what she does and does not eat. She even made the effort to come tell us that they were talking about food that she's doesn't eat but never updated our ticket PR took my card so we could pay and leave. Definitely going somewhere else when I need a bite to eat with a drink.
I really enjoyed our waitress. Met up with a friend. She made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to look for her, she was on top it. The food was nice and hot. Wings were great.
This dirty tots was delicious we also got wings and a hamburger they were all delicious but our favorite was the dirty tots The service was a little slow but other than that everything was good
I've ordered online for pickup a few times and have never had an issue, food is always great and the service is always excellent, my favorite wings of all the chains by far. I am almost always helped by Nayeli and she's awesome. Thanks!
Ayo, me and my homegirl came here this past Friday. The food tasted fine, the service was nice, but gaaah damn!! You know how your car sounds when you're riding the rumble strips on the shoulder? That was our stomachs the next morning. I was down all DAY. Maybe it was the onion rings we shared, or the grease in general. She said the cauliflower wings were on point and we liked the Red Bull drink. Anyway, maybe change the name to Buffalo Wild Butts, because the only place we flew to was the commode.
I never rated a restaurant so low in my life, but I had to warn all my friends out there about coming here. Service times was crazy long. 30 minutes for 2 beers. An additional, 15-30 min for food. They accidentally charged my card to another account. They fixed it. I got sick while eating the wings. And felt sick until the following morning. To top it off there was a whole scope of sketchy people in the parking lot. The only good thing about this place is that I got to meet my friend for a good laugh or two.
