Been to this place 2 weeks ago and love it. Spacious restaurant with great vibrant. Snails are good and tasty. Served in hot plates to keep them warm. Truc, my server, is sweet and helpful. Will come back to try other dishes.
The Crawfish garlic butter and other grill foods are definitely the best. Also the Michelada and Pina Colada. Highly recommend here
It was the bomb!!! Service was great! Our waiter kept checking on us. Flavor was great! It was spacious not small! I usually hesitate kn trying new crayfish places because fear of lack of flavor. The one thing I'd like to see and this is (usually not sure of it being typical) but cooking corn and potatoes in with crayfish so it has flavor as well and not just tossed in with crayfish.
Delicious and High Quality Food!! My most favorite dishes are grilled razor and fried rice bluewave special. Our waitress was really nice and the owner passed by to check on us. They have tables, booths and bar counter option. Overall, I’m impressed with this place and it’s definitely worth a try!!
The food is great tasting. The seasoned crawfish mild spice flavor was really good. The whole family enjoyed it and will recommend anyone to give it a try. The ambience atmosphere is very warm and music played over the speakers was good, It catered both young and mid aged crowd, i would say. The decor is refreshing and open concept feels. The one item everyone will really like is the center island bar setup. It's very neat and casual type vibe. A quick bite and a drink after work is a ideal spot.
Highly recommend 10/10 everything is exquisite , the crawfish is a real treat very gourmet it is cooked to perfection with a blend of savory aromatic spices and butter. Not your typical boil in a bag with seasoning. The fried rice and grilled shrimp has a great texture and the caramelized green onions add so much flavor to an already perfectly seasoned rice. The fried catfish fillet is delightful, perfectly crispy and seasoned well. Overall this establishment exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to dine in and try other dishes. The takeout service is excellent.
Nice looking restaurant. Service was good. The sound system is poorly designed with just 2 large speakers blasting at high volume. If they used multiple small speakers throughout the restaurant they could distribute the sound at a lower volume and improve the experience. The food is expensive but no more expensive than other seafood restaurants. My escargot and mussels were both a bit gritty and could have used a bit more cleaning prior to cooking. The flavor as cooked for the Vietnamese items is a bit bland but if you use the sauces and spices at the table it's better. All in all a decent place for how new it is. I'm sure they will continue to improve.
The food (crawfish, catfish, crab legs and clams) and drinks were really good. The Chef came out to talk to us and we received excellent customer service (Gabby and Christina). We will be back… Monday-Thursday 20% off. Go check it out for yourself!!
Great place to get asian style seafood and snails! The staffs were very nice and provided great service. Also, don't forget to try their chicken feet and chicken tendon!
Mixed review. Fried catfish was "muddy". Soft and mushy...however, the fried snapper was great. Oysters were good. The escargot were flavorless. They were difficult to order since the waitress did not know how to pronounce and thought we were ordering Tabasco. Asked for melted garlic butter and we got garlic powder. No iced tea available. Only water, soft drinks, or beer. Not worth the 80.00 bill. I would rather spend 100.00 for a nicer place.
