We went to the location in San Antonio and loved it but unfortunately Katy is terrible. I ordered the prime dip and it was grey and just tons of chunks of fat, disgusting. I had to send it back. Ordered nachos and they were ok but not what you would expect to see in a restaurant. We were there for 1.5 hours, most of the time just waiting on our server or food. It was terrible and I would never go back.

I have been attending to this location for years and even though service was good, as always, we ordered the loaded chicken nachos and the guacamole was totally black. It looked disgusting. We returned it and it came back with a better looking guacamole but then two of our plates that contained avocado were brought with black avocados as well. I would have preferred the server letting us know that they did not have good avocados instead of serving our food like that.

This was a fantastic experience. We went after 9p on a Saturday night. I used the app to get on the wait list. We were seated right away. We had the BJ's Nit Wit which was great. The server was good. It did take a little bit to order the entrees after we got our appetizer. However, once we ordered the food came very fast and fresh. We used the app to pay. Overall a great experience. I would recommend this place and come again.

Dining IN here is great and I would strongly recommend the dine in. Great food and great services. The orders to-go need so many improvements that the rating is balancing at a three. This is the third to-go that I have done and all three were bad. I do not recommend ordering for pickup or curbside here. They won't come out to you for curbside (I tested this and they failed) and so you really need to go in and pick up your order. On all three to-go visits the order was wrong or the food was inconsistent with the dine in orders. Trip one, the cookie was the wrong one when I saw it at home and I had to remind them to give me the ice cream and toppings for the cookie which did not match up well. Trip two, the order was wrong and had to be redone when I opened to review it, the food was undercooked and they tried to give me a 5 pack of beer but charge me for a 6 pack (WOW!!). Trip three was the final miss, the chicken was seriously overcooked, the portion size of the sides was insulting and the salad was not prepared as requested. I asked for no onions on the website so naturally there were extra onions, I requested extra dressing and only got 1 cup that was not full. The rest of the food varied by being either overdone or not cooked as requested. I don't always have time to sit at the restaurant but this is no longer on my list of take-out places. I am so sad because I honestly love the dine in services and food and have never had a negative experience with that.

The food is always good here. I had the Bistro Burger and my had the Barbacoa Chichen. For a chain restaurant they really prepare the food well. Attentive servers, good prices, good food and a clean restaurant. Check them out.

Good food and service. One of the main reason I go to BJ’s is for the monkey bread with ice cream. Really good and I highly recommend the desert!!!

Went for my daughter’s b’day party. They made it very memorable. Manager RON is the best part of the whole evening. All my guests are very impressed with the service. Food is really great and choice of beers is excellent. Overall had a blast

Met a cousin we hadn’t seen in years here for lunch so 2 couples there. Although they weren’t particularly crowded at noon on a Sunday, it took a LONG time for the food to come out. Wasn’t a problem that day as we were talking no catching up. Fried chicken salad, ahi tuna, thyme chicken, and a salad and all were good. A bit pricey but the staff was all very friendly and helpful…maybe kitchen understaffed? Close up handicap parking available. Comfortable booth seats. Broad menu. Clean with nice restrooms.

Food is good and consistent. service is friendly and professional.

This has been one of our very favorite restaurants until last night. For many of our celebratory occasions we have brought family and friends to enjoy the dining experience. I get that prices everywhere have gone up and interestingly that’s not our primary gripe however it is horrible when the cuisine doesn’t even match the previous price. Didn’t have items we wanted along with what we ordered. Potato skins were horrible and tasted like cheese whiz poured on top. Our pizza was so dry I had to request marinara sauce on the side in order to eat it after reporting it to our horrible server who blew us off on multiple occasions, treated us like an imposition, and was definitely not friendly and offered nothing to rectifying our food woes. Even after our complaint and asking for sauce it was a long time before she brought it. She only chose to be pleasant when bringing our check. This experience has made me never want to patronize an establishment that I have been going to for the last 7 years. It’s disheartening and the least she could have done was offer to have our food remade not rolling her eyes and giving us attitude.
