The food is served in beautiful and traditional-inspired dishware, and then BBQ Duck in Noodle Soup that I ordered was delicious. I wish that the noodles were a bit longer because they were hard to scoop up with my chopsticks.
Good place to get asian flavor meals. Some sweet some spicy hot. Soups, same you find any Asian place. Didn't try any. Beef, chicken, fish, shrimp and pork. Veggie plates also.Enjoyed the beef scallion dish with steamed rice. Pretty good flavor, portion sufficient, then some. Rice was a bit more than most places, that's a plus. I like steamed rice.The manager-owner-server was very polite.Tea was hot, jazmine, would have love oolong. Forgot to mention the decor took me by surprise. Furnishings are chinese, expensive looking. Good taste in ambiance. Enjoy.
I walked in and was bit taken back by the authentic furniture, but it gave me hope for an good experience. I ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan. Which I’ve been told means chicken and mushrooms and that is exactly what I got …chicken and mushrooms. Very fresh and very nicely done. Most restaurants prepare this dish with all vegetables and barely any mushrooms.I also had the pork pot sticker dumplings. They were fantastic. So nice! The wonton soup was homemade broth and the vegetarian egg rolls were delicious.When I go back, I want to try the hot oil dumplings. I drive from an hour away to eat here…that’s how good it is!
If you want to have authentic Chinese food this is the place. Believe me, I lived in China for a year. They also have some of the usual fare that Americans will recognize. The Szechuan Style Fish Filet and the Ma Po Tofu are identical to what I ate in China, in Beijing, Harbin and Daqing. Unfortunately, there are reviews saying the food is lousy. I assume some people want "American-style" Chinese food and have issues with a place that serves food that is different ... and better. I only buy Chinese food here.
Lousy food!! Rude waitresses! Condemning attitude and just plain tasteless food!! When I walked in I waited 15 mins to be waited on. I yelled Hello, multiple times. I asked questions about the menu and the waitress was rude answering my questions. When the food came out it was bland and had no smell. I tasted it and the chicken was sour. As if it was in the refrigerator way way way to long. I advised the food was spoiled. Not even chili sauce made it taste better ! When I mentioned that to the waitress it tasted horrible, she then brought out the bill and told me to leave! I wrote on the receipt it was horrible food and horrible service and zero it out and signed it. It's not worth the stomach ache, the headache to go there. This place is just drama! Go any where else !! Eating should not be this difficult!! She then followed me out and slammed the car door on my arm, !! NO Wonder the restaurant was empty !! Not a single person was in there, but me!! Run from this place.

All of the bad reviews are absolutely ridiculous and inaccurate. I mean, I guess I could see how your expectations might not be met if you are seeking a westernized buffet that is overloaded with sugars and salt....This was my family's first time eating here and I'm glad that I chose to ignore the naysayers. The food was great, the portions were generous, the price is moderate, and the staff was hospitable. We will be going back!
Looks can be deceiving... Went in for late lunch / early dinner. No other customers and the place looked a bit sad.Ordered Orange Chicken, Ma Po Tau Fu, and Spicy Eggplant. Wow what a wonderful surprise. The food was delicious.Oh some context, I first ate Chinese food in a restaurant 50 years ago and I've eaten Ma Po Tau Fu in China. So if I say it was delicious, you better believe it ???
The restaurant itself is so beautiful. It was strange when we entered to have lunch on a Saturday and there was no one else. Immediately upon realizing that, it can be assumed that the food is not great. We ordered a beef side dish, beef potstickers, and asparagus. Everything was not good but not bad. If you’re in desperate need of Chinese cuisine, this may be an option but definitely not the best one.
