We went there with kids.ice creams yummy! BUT they never wash hands and not wearing plastic gloves! The guy who served us, was at cashier, returning money to previous customer exchange money, then he served us, not washing or using gloves handling cones and getting ice cream from fridge. The store looked not clean and dustyWe didn’t enjoy. Yukky
Ordered two milkshakes today, both had ice cream dripping on the side and bottom, didn’t notice till I sat them down on my white shorts (chocolate and strawberry cheesecake) dude in drive way just stared at me( what a joke), and to believe they have three signs on their drive through window saying “plz tip”. Service like that will never get a tip from me
Went into this location on yesterday the little black girl was on a personal call while pretending to wait on customers. The other young man prepared my request but did not wash his hands. The place is dirty looking and my waffle cone was old!!!
I placed a online order for Baskins Robbins. I order 3 scoop sundae and I received baby scoops that did not even fill the cup. I paid $25 for 2 orders of the 3 scoop sundaes and it was delivered by Door Dash. I am so upset of the lack of customer service and the zero care of your presentation of my order. I will not be ordering from Baskin Robbins again!!! ?
Place was dirty and I was shocked that the employees were dipping and serving ice cream without gloves. Disgusting!
The service was slow until another employee came out of the back. The shakes, floats, ice cream were made well. The cones were fresh. The issue that I had, was that the place was very dirty. Dead roaches on the floor, dirt buildup in front of the glass displays, and dirty sticky tables.
Great quick service. Got a pint of fresh ice cream and it was fast, reasonable and so much better!
We ordered tubs of ice cream to go. Got home and they're not packed full. It's expensive ice cream and usually it's packed full and the top skimmed off.

so i came here about 20 min before closing on a thursday about 2 weeks ago, and i was told to go through the drive thru. Thats fine, I didn’t mind. When it came to the drive through experience, the menu board wasn’t lit at all, and so i was confused whether to order at the speaker or not. My biggest complaint was that I ordered an ice cream to go and firstly they didn’t hand me a spoons my single scoop creature creation, and after i asked for a lid, this dude literally put his bare hands on my ice cream and pushed it in and gave it to me. No mask, no gloves, and worst offender of all, touching my food. Like bro, have you lived under a rock for the past year+? Least you could do is not touch my ice cream, which isn’t even acceptable in the non-covid era. Oh and the ice cream was pretty melted from the get go.
