Very disappointed ? my dad went to the store today may 11 for his birthday he wanted a ice cream ? cake ? and the lady that works there treated him bad saying we needed to order ahead of time .He didn't know she was very bad attitude and unprofessional. They need to hire better people for customer service someone kind and friendly For birthday cakes I don't recommend this location....

Great friendly staff! A lovely woman by the name of Nathalie was patient and friendly to me. She introduces me to various ice creams. When I arrive, the store was busy with people. They handle it professionally. Overall, this store is spotless and diligent. I will definitely come back!!! Thank you!Be patient with them, and they'll get right to you when they can! Worth giving them tips!

What an amazing bunch of independent women employees. The amount of outlandish comments that bash the high quality work preformed at this establishment is sinful. I thoroughly believe that there is no better place on earth to order ice cream and to feel more welcome. In my experience I was blessed by the service of a particular employee, Andrea. I will never in my life again witness the sublime ecstasy that she provided in my visit. I hope everyone can find time in there day to be blessed by the smiles and greetings of the employees at this Baskin Robbins.
The best baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to, service is amazing, always polite and making recommendations, even let us in when we came in 10 minutes before closing, 10/10
