If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in for ice cream on 6/4/22 around 9:30PM. There was one employee trying to clean, the place was really dirty even behind the counter however I know it was near closing however the two employees serving ice cream behind the counter, I asked the man for cookies and cream. He says "we're out of cookies and cream." I look at him and say, do you have vanilla and Oreos? He goes "yes." So I'm confused because that's literally cookies and cream however he didn't want to take 5 extra seconds to mix one scoop of Oreos into one scoop of the vanilla ice cream, in fact he didn't even want to help as he told the women employee next to him "you got it" when the women employee asked for him to take my order. Then he gives me a completely broken waffle cone, and throws Oreos on top of the vanilla ice cream and I'm sorry but the ice cream just was not good and the customer service was just terrible. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Very unusual experience. Entered the store and employee in back looked directly at me, didn't say anything and continued her conversation with second employee. Couple minutes later she comes out and asks what I want. Get order and am paying when second employee walks over to original employee. Employee says nothing upon completing transaction, however is stroking the hair/face of the second employee. I awkwardly say thank you and leave with no response from either. Ice cream still good though...
We went with my family on December 22nd 2021 at 9:45 pm and the place was already locked when the place actually closes at 10:00pm, and the two young ladies working there didn't say anything. Then, we went quickly to the Baskin-Robbins near fry roadand 99 near HEB which also closes at 10:00 pm. We made it at 9:58 pm and guess what? We were able to get ice cream.Lesson that those two young ladies should learn: close at the time that it should be or at least applogize that you're already not serving ice cream and the ice cream place is close.
Your people make the difference, the teens here put so many more out there to shame. Please make it so we can tip via CC /debit. They deserve it!

Good spot for your ice cream needs
The kids love the ice cream. There were two ppl behind the counter but only one serving a line that went all the way to the door. One girl stayed on task serving every customer while the other girl washed utensils, talked on the phone and generally did not care about her Co worker or the line of costumers. If the kids had not been set on ice cream, we would have left. Several customers were complaining.

6/19/21: Ryan, remember his name! I walked in to see 4 staff members. Ryan was handing a customer their order then cashed out another customer. The two males were busy on their phone with the one girl just kinda there. I stood there watching the two males on their phone and caught eyes with the girl twice but she didn’t ask to help. Ryan finished with his customer, took my order and halfway through his efforts the girl asked me if I’d been cashed out yet. She asked what I had, took care of the transaction and walked away. One of the other males was so kind to put away his phone and place one of my pints in a bag and pointed out to Ryan there was run over on the pint he was wiping down! I really wanted to tip Ryan but it looks like a tip share program so didn’t. I asked Ryan his name so I could commend him!
