How great this is and it is having this food and these people over here. I don’t think it’s a swanky restaurant. Its a friends house. They’re not only working for money. I feel as if they’re friendly and hosting those interested in being friends in what started as friends of friends. I stress you to get the gumbo. Vilagio must have a portal to Nola. It’s home cooking like that.
Had a great experience here this weekend. The food was so fresh and delicious! We forgot my phone here Friday evening and arrived before opening Saturday and they opened the door for us so they could give us the phone that they had safely put behind the counter. Great food and great people! I would highly recommend this place and we will be back!
Everything is organic and fresh! They have homemade soups (they are alllll good), flatbread and bowls (coming soon) too. They offer first responder, teacher and veteran discounts. It's a family owned business, and you will love it- guaranteed!
Salad and Gumbo were amazing! Fresh and organic ingredients. All items are gluten free. Excellent prices as well. The staff put the icing on the cake with their attention to detail and professionalism. Will definitely be visiting this place more often. If you’re in the Cinco Ranch area you definitely have to try this place out. In a convenient area next to Local Seat and Cool Cats Cycle.

Stopped by Bar 1 Salads to see what they were about and wowww I was truly impressed! I love the salad selection offered with a fresh taste! The customer service given was fast and friendly! They even had chicken and sausage gumbo which was delicious, so glad I tried it! I will definitely be back! Welcome to the neighborhood!

First time here and the food was absolutely delicious!!! Bar 1 Salads is definitely a fresh and healthy alternative to consider when searching for dining options. The dining area is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back the next time im in the area!!!
