The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they needed to add a little more syrup on the top of the snowball/snowcone. We bought three and all three were a little dry on the top. This was our second visit and it was the same thing.I love the soft shaved ice. Great location in Katy! The place was clean! The service was good! There is always a line but it moves pretty quickly! Outdoor sitting area is great. Selfie wall to snap it up! Prices are reasonable! This hit the spot on this hot summer day!

They had a lot of things in their store but the only problem I had was that the kids in the store working have very little knowledge about what they’re selling and they were unable to answer questions about certain items

Great customer service & prices , definitely coming back again

Nice local Katy snow cone spot. They have a lot of choices and usually have a line. Clean and taste great!

My kids and I love it many flavors to choose from great for family fun!!!

Amazing shaved ice!! They have any flavor you can think of, the ice is very soft and fluffy. Highly recommend it if you are searching for a good shaved ice place.

I love this place if u r looking for anything delta 8 or a smoke connoisseur come here everything in one place.

I love this place. Great flavored shave ice. Their Dreamsickle is my favorite. The service was great and I highly recommend it.

Great snow cone texture and lots of flavors, but there is a direct correlation between the volume of syrup used and the customer service. Sometimes it's great, but oftentimes it's inadequate. What drove me to write this mediocre review was something that happened today (kinda par for the course): I ordered an extra large snow cone and when I received it on the counter I pointed out that there was still visible ice and asked for enough syrup to cover it. The initial response was a dead-eyed stare and, "We put syrup ?????? of it. ????, ??????? ????? I can put more." It sounds innocuous, but the indignant body language between workers during this interaction is a major turn off. Don't tell me how snow cones are made. It's not rocket science. Don't cop an attitude. Don't be stingy. Don't count on me as a customer. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Rosenberg to get a superior snow cone and superior customer service for 25% less money.
