I ordered the fush sandwitch and curly fries. I not pleased fish tasted old snd the fries were over cooked. Msybe I was there at a bad day but not ordering the fish again
Custormer Service was very bad .Workers, we're pleasing act as if they didn't want to serve me.I attempted to ask a question, and had to wait for the workers to finished their conversation among them selves .A bag was placed on the counter, but was not told it was my order with 3 workers standing at the counter. I took the liberty of looking into the bag and seen it was my order.Very Bad, Customer Service.
God dangit I love Arby's. The dude at the register didnt greet us and stared at us blankly when we asked how he was doing. He was short with his words but the order came out great and the food was delicious. That dude just needs to figure out how to be friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day.
Always good and fresh. Greeted with smiles!! Kinda upset when I saw the new bacon n brisket sandwich at $8 +......But it was loaded with meat. delicious and it filled me up!!
My friend and I went through the drive through on the way out of town. Neither of us had eaten arbys in years and we were both pleasantly satisfied with both of our sandwiches. My son didn’t quite understand what to do with all of the meat on his huge slider….but he’s about to turn 2 so we’ll give him a pass ??We weren’t to fond of the crinkle fries but boy were those curly fries to die for!!!!Very friendly female employee working the drive through. She was very patient with me even through it took me forever to order.
Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered my usual beef and cheddar. I got to the window and asked the lady for lots of Arby's and horsey sauce. She gave me 2 of each. I asked for more and she was so perturbed that I wanted more. So she made it a point to tell me that she wished they sold the sauce bc people ask for 10 for 1 sandwich and she tells them no. I just paid for an overpriced sandwich and you don't want to give me a little extra sauce? If you dont slop your beef and cheddar on a ton of sauce, you're doin it wrong. The three stars are for my sandwich not the customer service.
Today went for breakfast, got a beef and cheddar without the extra cheddar like I had asked. Wife got a classic roast beef with no extra beef like she wanted. Both of them may as well have been burnt because they tasted terrible and now my stomach doesn't feel so good probably thanks to trying to eat my beef and cheddar. Customer service was honry and less enthusiastic than normal. Wife and I won't be back for a while hopefully the cooking and service has improved by then.
Rude staff they made my whole order wrong then was mad at me. They had been swearing in front my kids the night manager is friends and family to most her staff. Employees hitting other employees just the worst
Fast ,fresh ,courteous the only chain were I can get food that dont tear my stomach up
I love this Arby's.!!! They treat you great and the place is clean and they manage to make the food without it being greasy like so many of the others do. I will always stop here when I am in the neighborhood. ??
