As a family, we have been here many many times for about 3 years. Since February the customer service and quality has consistently gone down hill. The staff is never friendly. Even when it’s dead and there is no line, the staff can’t wait to rush you out of the door. Today I was told they never carried breaded chicken as a topping. Luckily, the 3rd person we asked said they did. We got 3 pizzas. 2 of them had Mac and cheese instead of sauce. One was done well and another had very little mac and cheese which resulted in the pizza being super dry. Honestly, it’s just really not a fun environment to order food in anymore and there are too many other restaurants in the area. Time to take our business elsewhere.
Delicious, thin-crust, Katy-style pizzas. Quite a variety to choose from. It's a casual open floor plan setting. Prices are reasonable. The desserts were fantastic. We tried the campfire and peach frozen custards and they were so, so good.
Everyone here are great with keeping the atmosphere positive, and chill. The pizzas they make will keep you coming back. For sure, I've been a regular for some time now. Plus it helps when I'm on my lunch to enjoy a delicious meal. NOTE: if you order ahead of time, they will PREPARE the pizza. When you arrive they will put it in the oven.
Usually order take out and the food is great. One of the best pizzas. Tonight decided to dine in with the family. Order pizza, salads, and wings. Food was tasty as before, but disappointed with the service. Once we sat down to eat we felt that the wings needed more sauce and asked for a side. To our surprised we were charged for the side. It was disappointing that after spending over $60 plus leaving a tip we were charged cents for a side of buffalo sauce. Your restaurant policy just saved you 38 cents but lost you a customer. Will not be retuning.
Pizza is great. We were excited to try out this chain after the Sugar Land location closed before we made it out there. Not sure if it was just today, but the employees had very little patience and it wasn’t even crowded — we asked for clarification a couple of times as we couldn’t hear what they were saying. Pretty upsetting that we were treated poorly by two employees! We’ll stick with Mod.
I find it very disappointing that in the past 20+ times I've ordered pizzas, I was able to order a kid's pizza with olives. However, today for some unexplainable reason, the kid's pizza was cheese only, no topping. I even offered to pay extra for the black olives only to be tirned down. Time to find a new fast food pizza joint to frequent.Edit update. Since I can't reply to the owner, your "worker" LIED to you.My same order that I order every time I have ordered was a gluten-free vegan cheese with ham and pepperoni and a kid's cheese with basil sauce and black olives. This is the same exact order that we ordered this evening.I hate being lied to or lied about. Get your facts straight.I suggest you have a conference with your employees regarding customer service and lying to their managers.Have the day you deserve.
Don’t come here for friendly faces or good tasting pizza. We ordered a large pizza, a a Roman and wings. The large pizza was good, the Roman was tasteless and the wings were super dry. We have tried the other location near Clear Lake but were so disappointed when we visited the Katy area location. There was an older man working, prepping the pizzas, that seemed bothered by our visit. He didn’t greet us or have a friendly in the least bit. It wasn’t super busy so I dont know what their deal was but we definitely will stay away from this location. They made us feel so unwelcome.
Excellent service and food!! Got two pizzas one custom with all sorts of toppings... also tried the honey garlic wings and they are the bomb!! We will definitely come back if we are in the area... or even make the drive if I'm craving the pizza and wings!!
The place is okay. Understaffed as are other food places which is just the way businesses are right now and I appreciate them working as hard as they do. That being said, the customer service isn't too great for everyone there. The food was good. My suggestions would be to remember that your voice carries in an open space like that and double check orders before calling them out. Overall okay experience and perfect for a quick bite.
