We ordered 30 wings and for some reason they sent us all drumsticks. Normally they do half-and-half which we are used to getting. The problem was when we called to let them know that we'd prefer to have 50-50 they said that we have to be specific and they did nothing to correct order very upsetting. First time going to the one on Royal. Lane Irving.

I guess I should read the reviews first!! I asked for well done wings and they look like they were barely cooked. The other half tasted old and not freshly prepared. I am traveling and I travel a lot and this is the worst I have come across when it come to wingstop. This was a mess and just ruined dinner. I paid to much for subpar service. I need to be refunded half of my money at least since we could only eat half of our food. I placed an online order.

Ordered from Wingstop earlier this week. Made it home to remove the seal on bag and discovered order was not complete. Called to report it and was told I’m being added to credit list. Called today to get the remainder of my order and spoke with the GM. She was VERY rude, placed me on hold for lengthy periods of time, finally told me she has no record of a credit and she’s going to honor it this time but won’t do it twice!? I’m like “really”? Where’s the accountability? She basically called me a lie. I told her I felt like she threatened me when I shouldn’t have had to call in for an incorrect order. I went to pick up my food, provided her with my call log and she just walked off. No apology, nothing!! I had frequent this location for years and this is the first time I’ve had horrible customer service which was unacceptable, especially from the GM.

Worst delivery experience with the WingStop/DoorDash partnership. Placed order and was notified it would take 52-57 minutes for delivery. It’s been over 2 hours, 4 different drivers, and the latest Door Dash update shows food should arrive in another 30 minutes. Also no way to cancel an order on the WingStop webpage. Just terrible.

Ordered pick up around 5 times until now. Every time the wings and corn are fresh and hot. Highly recommend this location.

Gooey gross wings. I Asked for them to be fried hard and sighhh … they are close to where I live but I’m done trying. They have gotten my order right once, so I always have my fingers crossed when I get a wing craving that they will do it right but no… I’m sorry but this location really sucks!

Revised: Samantha was very helpful sorting out a previous issue, thank you! Called the establishment and I couldn’t even get a hold of the manager… kept calling and constantly being placed on hold. If their communication was better, I believe the outcome would have been different- however, the answer the call and hold tactic was over used and quite frankly disappointing. By the time I got a manager although helpful-thanks, I still feel it was beyond awful customer service!! Will be requesting a refund, Sadly enough, I lost my appetite!

I never have a problem visiting this Wingstop location. My food is always ready before the time and they tell me that it’ll be ready, and I’m usually in and out within two minutes as I usually order online.

Those location has been closing early stating they aren’t taking orders past 10:15 and they close at 11 pm? That’s 45 minutes before close? That’s honestly a ridiculous time to stop taking orders considering wings take 7-12 minutes to make tops! Restaurants don’t reject customers if they walk in late, why does Wingstop? They should say they close at 10:15 if that’s when they want to stop taking orders. Not 11.

Had nothing but issues from this location. When you complain, they give you a "credit" but when you call about the credit they act like they cant find your name or dont know what youre talking about. The food is always cold! ALWAYS!!!!. My boyfriend went inside the store 11/15/21 and watched them package the food. Get to the car and the fries are cold! HOW??? The only employees name i can remember speaking with is Samantha. Rude and not friendly when talking over the phone. After this visit, im not visiting again. I will take my business to the beltline location. I have also submitted multiple complaints! DO NOT I REPEAT DONT ORDER FROM HERE NO MATTER WHAT THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT BE OPEN!
