I went in there and on my day off one month ago, and purchased a meal- I spent over nine dollars on this food the boneless wings are ordered we’re sitting in a pool of grease, the fries were soggy and nasty . I’ve already messaged the management at Wingstop asking for a refund as I had to throw my meal away and still nothing this is why I don’t recommend eating here-
I give this place 5 stars for the hard work on the staffs behalf. Some customers just have the worse attitude because they’ve been waiting for their order more than 5 minutes. It’s not the staffs fault wingstop is popular especially on the weekends, which causes waves of people to come in all at once. When I went in it seemed like customers never stopped walking in after me. The two guys and the girl in the front did a great job handling the waves of people coming in and for that they deserve 5 stars from me. I wish I new their names to recognize them for doing a good job!
1st time. Wings and fries were good.
This location was faster than most Wingstop locations. I gave a 3 star because lately every time I go to any Wingstop, the fries are over cooked and the wings are dried out. Even though the flavors are good, it's becoming a waste of time and money to pay $12.00 for 6 dried up party wings and some burnt fries.

The young fella at the register doesn't know how to talk to customers.. 1st, he was doing too much fast talk when I asked about the specials (he told me about 3), then when I asked him about the 2nd one, he responds, "I JUST told you about that one.." Umm.. that's not what I asked.. I asked about the 2nd option..All the while, the shift manager is standing in the kitchen listening..Young people will ruin your business if you allow them. MY MONEY GOES ELSEWHERE

The wings was bussin. All my food was hot ? will go there a million times over after a concert. It was almost closing time and was visiting from out of town couldn't have asked for better service. Good Job Yo from NY to TX I'll definitely visit again?

I am never ever calling this place again because they can never answer the phone call or they put you on hold and they never pick up again so they have you on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting and they never answer the phone and when you call back again all they can say is can we please put you on hold so when it comes to service this is probably the worst ever and Wingstop franchise to ever exist
