If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location sucks the employees have no manners. I went through the drive through and the girl who took my order was talking while we were ordering. Then when it was time to pay they didn’t even know if I had my food yet or not. It took 40 minutes for me to get two sandwiches. When I opened my sandwich it had cheese after I asked for no cheese my boyfriend sandwich had one slice of bacon and no lettuce. He had to go ask for lettuce and when he did the employee said “I ain’t never heard no one ask for something like that” . We also never receive straws or napkins.
Took over 20 minutes to get food then cold
I ordered the sweet an spicy burger with no cheese combo normally I check my food but this time I did not do so and I had drove 15 minutes back to my hotel room here in Texas where I am visiting I opened the bag to find out my order was completely screwed up in the bag was 3 orders of fries,chicken tenders,and a double cheese burger I was pissed I just threw the food away I will never go back there again
A clown show would be putting it mild.There were a lot of people that clearly needed training and very few that actually helped. It took them 10 minutes to take an order because of a system issue. Then they got the order wrong. Which apparently was our fault because we didn't use the right term but described what we wanted. Apparently a plain burger without sauce cannot be ordered. You need to use the term "dry". In any event, the replacement burger didn't come until the only sensible employee in the joint realized we were still sitting there waiting after 15 minutes and made a racket in the kitchen.While we were there some other employee mopped part of the floor but didn't put signs out. When someone almost fell, she got a lecture from the manager about the signs not being out and the floor being too wet.The food was below standards. The whole drama would have been entertaining if it wasn't so sad.
Unacceptable long lines, all I wanted was a small burger & 2 drinks. Rude employee at the drive thru, made LOUD comments about a customer (no matter the lady was being horrible, you DO NOT do that near other customers). Have never had such a bad experience at Whataburger
I've only been here once, but wanted to share my experience. I went inside today around 2pm on Sunday because the drive thru line was super long. The cash register took forever to process my payment. I waited a long time for my food. The area in front of the registers was super greasy and slippery. I mentioned to the manager that someone might slip. She said OK and didn't mention it to anyone or do anything about it. She then went to do a job interview in the dining room. I finally got my food and it was good. Management needs to get it together. If a customer slips and falls today, it's 100% on that manager.
Too much playing around by the employees!Order took 2 times longer than necessary because they were too busy having a good time. A couple of employees did not have their mask up while making food and wearing them as chin guards while laughing and talking over the food.
Took almost an hour for a curbside order and actually had to go inside to pick it up, which wasn't the bad thing. The food was cold and the girl serving the drinks was mad and sighing and rolling her eyes at the manager and customers. First and last time I go here, do yourself a favor and stick to the Story/183 location.
HORRIBLEEEEE SERVICE. Literally having me waiting in drive thru over 50 mins arrived at 6pm to order paid at 6:50pm for 1 chicken sandwich. I go inside & ask for a refund and had to wait another 15 mins for anyone to even come void the order. The excuse the guy forgot, a joke. I hate this location so I always avoid it nvr any prompt service yet they charge $7 for one sandwich!
It's almost all about customer service. It took 45 minutes in the drive through. My order sat in the window growing cold because no one qould ask the car in front of me to move forward (he already had his order).
