I have to give this store a big shout out ? I'm from Illinois and went to visit my sister in California, my flight home had a layover in Dallas but my flight was cancelled due to weather. After a crazy night of trying to fix things I ended up at Quality Inn suites across from Whataburger around 11pm, of course I'm hungry at 1am so I put a order in for pick up. When I got there we realized I sent order to wrong location ( now I wanna cry lol) but the sweet ladies working made up my order anyways. Thank you so much for not adding to my crazy night. ?? I will return if ever in the area
Sat in line 30 minutes before ordering and another 30 waiting for getting order. Ordered breakast on a bun(bacon) with an half sweet tea half lemonade. Got back to my room ready to eat my food and discovered that my sandwich had sausage instead of bacon, my bottom bun was hard I had to peel edges off, my half n half consisted of tart lemonade and.unsweetened tea. I'm so over tonight,
As long as I've been working at DFW Airport I've always loved how they're always on point with the food and service.From lunch meeting orders to my lunch order this place has NEVER done me wrong, not in the entire 8 years I've been coming here. Don't spend the extra ordering from the Whataburger inside the airport, just come here.I promise you won't be disappointed ?
Must've caught a major change in shifts at dawn, food was right, hot and tasted great at home but four people finally produced, without any apology or explanation my two jalapeño cheddar biscuit egg & tomato sandwiches after nearly twenty-five minutes from ordering... apperantly it blew their minds that I'd ordered off menu items. Two cars behind just left.. its really a delicious and satisfying meal however. If ya like it spicy, go ahead and pay extra for that sauce, too!
the worst of the services I made my order online to pick up at 12:26 am my order was delivered to me at 1:26 AM at the window my order was incomplete and cold lousy service on the night shift and my onions burned bad bad bad
Nothing beats a Jalapeno cheese Whataburger. Do not forget the honey butter chicken biscuit. Yuummmm!
Ordered online so I supposedly wouldn't have to wait!!! So I could just pick up my order and hurry back to work ? the website even mentioned it's done in 10 minutes and I even gave them an extra 5 minutes to make sure it was done only to have me waiting still waiting 10 minutes More
I tried tipping the staff five bucks each and they got really mad. Oh well ha! Great food either way.
They shut down this location for several hours to power wash the same area for hours. They lost alot of money . What a terrible inconvenience. The is supposed to be a 24 hour location . You cannt be 24 hours if the location is shut down for several hours. I like chick fil-a .
Food is always cold. The fries are usually ice cold and almost not edible. I used to work at this specific location, and it was never this bad. Under the new management, the food quality has gone down
