Worse place to go eat, almost 20 minutes for a Honey butter chicken biscuit! It’s ridiculous. I went inside and spoke to Gisselle the manager and all she said was that there was nothing cooked and that she had barely clocked in. The black guy at the window was so rude…. I most black people don’t like to work that’s why this place is always so slow.

Tbh I didn't care for the young lady at the counter Handling the fries near the registers! She had been touching way too many items for my liking with the same gloves she had on for the 5 to 10 min I was waiting on my food to be prepared, so when she finally got my bag to place my fries in the bag i quickly stopped her and asked her very politely could she change her gloves, she than went to the back and literally took like 2 whole minutes to come back, I saw her putting on new gloves to fix my fries. To the whataburger management please have your employees handle our food with care and caution and please teach them not to be so careless when it comes to people's food we eat. Thank you!

Both times I’ve been here the workers here have a horrible attitude and they never get your order right. Definitely will drive a longer distance just to get better service. The Fries were old and cold, they were lazy and put the wrong cheese because they didn’t have the cheese that should go on my burger. Not to mention they forgot some of my items.

Super slow. My chicken tenders sat on counter for 10-15 minutes before they realized it was my order. All I got was a free large fry to compensate. Fries weren’t even hot. This location is very dirty. There was trash all over the floor and drink area needed a good wipe down. I definitely won’t go back to this location.

Manager came out and let me know my order would take a little longer. I really appreciated that. And the other worker was super nice as well. You ladies rock.

Not great. Line was long, my fries should have been hot as long as I had to wait in line. Glad I just tried it. Don't care to much for mustard on my burger. It was big and nice condiments.

Everytime I come to this location it's always a really pleasant experience. The managers there have always been extremely Pleasant and helpful and every way whenever I needed help especially when it comes to explaining Menu no matter how small they are always willing and ready to help me. If I had to pick a favorite location this would definitely be the one.

This was the Worst day to come they were out of everything from Straws to Drinks, Lemonade, Milkshakes, and Sodas even Some ? Burgers. But cute the Girl who was a Supervisor with the Braids was really Nice ? she did her best to take care of me, except everything I asked for they were out of!?????‍♂️

Arrived early in the am around 6am. Placed my order but I did not get it until 9 minutes later. I must've arrived when they were switching shifts. I sat in the drive thru and the cashier did not communicate that my order was going to be delay or apologize for any kind of delays. Nothing, and she was not pleasant at all! Seriously, I would choose great customer service over good food any day. Fast past restaurants should take course on how to have a great attitude at work, other wise find another line of job that you would like to do.

Took over 20 min for someone to come over the speaker and say “just one moment” which we understand procedes to order and we go to the window. Everything Is going good until we get our food, fries and cold onion rings are hard and cold. Our burgers did not have the right stuff on them. To top it off they missed a chicken sandwich so I proceed to ask for it and they guy goes “honestly didn’t even look to make sure” thank you for your honesty but ya had one job ! Anyways worst whataburger we have been to!
