They were nice. I ordered a large shake which is almost $4. The young girl working drive thru handed me a cup what looked to be a medium. So I asked if this is the "large" shake . She seemed a bit confused & another young DTA stepped in. They both apologized & immediately handled the situation. They were both very nice & very professional. I go to a lot of Whataburger's & this is the only one that has yet to let me down. Definitely will be back. Keep up the good work kids. I also wanted to mention the order online websites... Love it. The curbside service is awesome. They are 95% of the time all over it. I say this because 1/10x they weren't. So I still say this whataburger is the best. And we're talking from Fort Worth to Mesquite. ???????❤️?
Love the patty melt! For some reason, this particular location had an issue keeping their orders straight. No big deal… it was rather late when I got my order and they were probably tired. Regardless, the staff was nice and I didn’t have to wait too long. Would order from here again.

Probably one of the slowest fast food places I’ve ever been to. 5 cars in line. Each car it takes them about 10-15 minutes. Just be prepared to wait for about 10-15 per car. I recommend watching a movie; chances are you’ll finish the movie before you get your food.
Best Whataburger I ever been too. I am a nurse, so I work a hectic schedule from 12-18 hour shifts and it does not matter what time I come here 8pm or 3am. The staff is always friendly and the drive through is always fast. Only place were I have confidence what I order is actually in the bag.
Look at the staff, look who's doing all the noise wipes, sneezing into their mask. Look at there uniforms, some have been at work sick for hours.This chain has the best fast food going out the door and they aim to please.
Wonderful experience, order was correctly taken with no having to make corrections. Food was packaged appropriately and with all the right essentials. Also those are some good cinnamon rolls! I'm impressed ?

This place forget a lot of items I paid for. Such as onion rings, sauce, grilled onions, etc. How can you charge someone for something and don't add it to their food. Check your food before you pull off.
