You just have to love whataburger! Just about any of them serve the best fast food around. I haven't had taquitos in a very long time. So I stopped in this morning and got my two usual sausage egg and cheese taquitos. They were awesome! The only reason I did not give five stars is because they were out of salsa! Seriously, how does Whataburger run out of salsa?!?!
I ordered my Double Cheese burger meal 30 minutes ahead of time! It was still late and the order was wrong!! It didn't have any cheese on it!! It made me late for my lunch! After it was all over I totally lost my appitite!! I won't be Ever going back to wataburger horrible experience!!! Am I wrong or is it called a double CHEESEBURGER FOR A REASON!!!!??? I've eaten at McDonald's and Never had that problem!!!!!!!
Whataburger is absolutely amazing but they can never quite get that whole fast part in "fast-food"If there is a long line in the drive thru, expect a 15-30+ minute wait.
This has to be the worst whataburger in the area. I gave it another chance but then I question why I even bother. I waited five minutes just to have someone acknowledge me to order. Then I waited 20 minutes behind in line. Once I got to pay another five minutes to get my order. This is a drive thru service. Would have left but was stuck in line. Will waste my time differently next time. Even the person behind me honked just to try to place their order. Crazy to even write a review.
My wife is pregnant and having a bad day and CHASE HILL the manager saw that while taking our order and he made my wife's meal free. He is a great person and manager he walks around asking how everything tastes and if everyone is ok. Whataburger needs more people like him.
Service was great. We walked inn and we placed our order immediately within a few minutes we were enjoying our fresh hot combo meals.
Wish I could give zero stars. Every time I go to this location I get terrible service. Once I ordered a 9 bite meal and I only received 5 bites. Didn’t notice until I was half way home. Then when I tried to call to let them know of my misfortune. No body answered the phone and I tried three times. Also the people that hand out the food never seem to know what is going on. That was about three months ago. Today I decided to give them another try and I regret it. I ordered a 9 bite meal again and was given 9 bites as I counted before I left. However the bites where the smallest things I have even gotten before. I get a few small ones all the time but this time they where all small. Like someone took the crumbs from a batch and gave them to me. Fries where not fresh and hard. I will not be going to this location any more. Sad because it is the location headed to and from my job.
Placed my order in the mobile app, i pull up and gotta change my parking number for curbside pickup which didnt even matter cuz i ended up going inside for the order cuz they were taking longer than expected, when i checked my order inside my truck they didnt even gimme my onion rings so i had to ho inside to fix their mistake on top of that..... So disappointed smh
Excellent service the Hatch Green Chile burger was great! Highly recommended. WHATABURGER Never fails me. A true Texas Legendary burger joint. Try it you will like it.
Always love Whataburger. I asked for fresh fries and they were. Quick and friendly service and a great burger. What more could you want.
