After going to the Walmart in Irving off 183 you will love this place. Clean. Mostly stocked. Atmosphere. Need more cashiers.
For the 1st time in a VERY LONG time I was greeted & helped by 2 very cheerful & pleasant young ladies in the self-check out on the grocery side. I also see & deal w rude & angry associates at this Irving(hwy 183) store, which is why my family prefers to go to las colinas store or even I-30 store.
I'm not sure what's going down at this particular WalMart but the lines are long, of like all their workers quit and no one wants to work there. I think they are remolding too which sucks because you can't find anything and don't dare ask nobody for help ooh Chile you on your own. Stay prayed up before you enter.
They are remodeling it. The best time to go is between 11am to 1 pm. There are no lines. I had avoided this place for many years because of the wait time.
No question about Wal-Mart ,Super clean ,it's like a huge tree in the desert and it's shade in the hot summer ,most comport for the souls ,that's what Wal - Mart provides, all great goods ,for all kind of Souls. Located in the high rent district of Irvine. I love it! No question that Ii will be doing ALL of my shopping there.
Love it for easy grocery shopping, friendly staffs. Not too crowded, mask required.
Worst service ever.I need to get a men's trimmer which is locked behind the glass cabinet. I paged the button to call for the associate.15 minutes later, no one shows up. I press button again.Another 10 minutes later, no one has still shown up.Another 10 minutes later, no one still around.I walk around to find an associate.After 5 minutes, I find one. She says sorry she can't help me she doesn't have keys. Walks away while I'm talking to her.I walk to the TVs and ask someone there. Same response, he doesn't have keys and tells me "I'm helping someone else right now".I ask someone else who was walking about. Same response. Can't help me , no keys.I go to the front counter, and ask a cashier. Same response, can't help me and that someone was already paged. I told them no one has shown up now for 45 minutes.I walk back to trimmers and found an employee sweeping , she said she doesn't know anything about that and to ask an employee she pointed out in the garden section.I walk to him, he gives me the same response. Doesn't have keys, can't help me but he can make an announcement on the intercom, which he does.I walk back to the trimmer and wait there.10 minutes later, no one still here.I've pressed the page button dozens of times now and no one knows how to get this door open.1 hour wasted.Literally the WORST service I've faced anywhere.
Multiple choices with good price
It's Walmart. I think they must be the same all over. This store is the same as at home! I didn't have time to check everything. It was almost time to close. The grocery and produce sections were nice. Produce fresh and fully stocked. A few other items were found quickly.
