We dropped in for a light bite and we were generally impressed. Nothing fancy here, but good service combined with tasty and healthy lunch choices. The salad was huge!
I ordered 4 soups and each one of them disappointed me. The most unpleasant one was tomato soup, it was made out of tomato puree and the taste was awful. Do not recommend this place!
Ws in town and ordered jelapeno angus burger, veggie sandwich, mushroom chicken soup, tomato basil soup, regular fries and sweet potato fries. The food was delicious, esp the mushroom chicken soup including the fries. The angus badger was very large however the meat tasted interesting. I had to check to make sure it is not fake meat. They did caked the food very well and followed extra instructions as well. Will recommend.
Store decided to close at 7 on a Friday, despite being listed at 9 everywhere *including their own website.* Drove out to the shop and the lights were off. The least you could do is update your own website, right? Waste of a trip. If Urban Eatz doesn't value my time, I can't be bothered to give them another second of it on another chance.

It saddens me to have to say this. But we found roaches in our pizza today. We barely opened the bag and pulled out the pizza and saw a bug on the outside of the box. Then opened it, and saw another bug. When they are this small it means there is more that had just hatched from an egg (could mean infestation). Only because we saw the bugs, we decided to check the rest of the food and noticed the avocado was also bad. I guess this place is not what it used to be. We would come here every single time I went to the Boardroom next door. I will be reaching out to the proper departments to report this in hopes that this can be resolved properly. Until then I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Don't waist your time if your my color customer service is trash the lady at the counter is rude. Go to the one in Richardson much better.
I love this place. Food was quick to come out, reasonably priced and very good. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich with a cup of their tomato soup. Their tomato soup is SO yummy! It’s the slightly tangy savory kind instead of the more creamy no tang kind. I definitely prefer the tangy kind :)Ramiro was very kind and polite as well. Thank you.
