Pretty darn good, especially when you account for airport prices. You can easily spend more and get a lot less for quality & quantity. I missed out on the bar as it opened just before I finished up; but you can sit at the bar or a bar side table for full service; otherwise you order at the counter & wait for the styrofoam container so you can take it to go or sit at an extra table.
Some of the most reasonable prices for the airport. The burger wasn't awesome, but it was good. Service was horrible though. Felt like they shamed us in what we were ordering out not ordering. Our order was wrong. Had to reorder and wait for some of our group to get their food. We spent well over $100, and they were upset we wouldn't tip more even though it is a counter order only. Two of my family ordered burgers with eggs topping them and the eggs were overcooked and yolks were solid.
Disgusting and unsanitary. Visited Twisted Root Burger a few months ago and it was ok. Nothing great. (Winter Park, FL) Decided to try it again on 03/15/22 (again Winter Park, FL). Waiting to order food while sitting at the bar. A woman came in around 5:45PM with her filthy dog. No one said anything to her. The dog was pretty hyper placing its filthy paws on the counter in an attempt to climb. An employee came over and petted the dog. I mentioned something to the bartender and stated I no longer wanted to dine there. She mentioned the employee is a busser does not cook. While he may not cook, and while he may not cook, he still has to touch clean items in the restaurant. Shame on you for allowing a filthy dog in your establishment. GOOD RIDDANCE.

I'm sorry I didn't get the hostess's name but let me tell you after a week from Dallas to the Upper Peninsula in Michigan, this was hands down, the best burger and service of all of them. I had the spicy goat burger, and it was loaded with goat cheese and bacon. Awesome. And that lady was so cheerful and smiling, she said welcome home without saying a word. Sorry in advance for the pictures is the half eaten burger.
Delicious! Most reviews I read seem pretty ridiculous after the experience I had here. (Keep in mind this is an airport location) While waiting in line, was offered a dine in seat, and I’m glad I took it. My food came out quicker than those in line, and the friendly conversation with Steven the bartender was pleasant. There is two different seating options, dine in and “take out”; this might have caused confusion for others in the past. The food was delicious and the unique combinations did not disappoint! Just as expensive as any fast food joint, but healthier and yummy burgers. Not a quick grab and go situation.
Fast food in the airport but service was very slow because of the 3 staff working, only one seemed to know what to do. Kudos to the young lady, perhaps she was the owner or manager.
The cheeseburger I had was straightforward, no frills, and just what I needed at the midway point in a long travel day. The customer service was fantastic, and the bartender was polite and helpful in selecting a drink. Completely recommended!
Great burgers. We all tried a different burger and all enjoyed them. The waiter was exceedingly friendly and quick. There was a ar code on the table to pull up the menu. They were quick so we were able to eat quickly before getting to our next flight.
My favorite spot to stop for a bite to eat and a beer while I'm waiting for my connecting flight at DFW airport. Nice folks, good burgers and good beer. I do miss the pickles but I hope that post pandemic they can be safely brought back. :)
