0 complaints!!! We actually enjoyed our stay here! Clean, great themed rooms and very friendly staff. Restaurant and bar within the hotel. Not to mention live music. Great experience!!! Thank you Texican Court!!!
I didn’t stay her but I often visit the property when I’m nearby to tour the outdoor spaces. It seems to aged considerably in just the last 3 years. But the most disappointing part for me was after I bought two overpriced candles from their lobby and it what a waste. I took it home and gave one as a gift to my mom. It’s extremely poor quality for a hotel candle and the scent is barely recognizable. The front desk lady was also a little rude and rushed me. She also provided no gift bag to carry out the items I purchased. I will never purchase anything here again.
This is an Amazing hotel! My wife wanted to stay at somewhere unique and this place hit the spot. We stayed in one of there “glamping” suites in her words it was “adorable” full stocked fridge, retro and up to date as well! The only thing was not enough water pressure for the huge shower. They had campfire area that was great area to enjoy the evening. The Two Mules Cantina had awesome food and service! Live music playing with an outdoor area to enjoy fire pit area! I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Will definitely go back again!
Lovely place, incredible staff and unbelievable minibar! They even have live music on the weekend and a restaurant on site. Trust me, if you book this place you won't want to leave. I've been back twice in the last 3 months! O and it's pet friendly and late check out it awesome
Excelente servicio Muy detallada la abitacion un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse
Very friendly staff, great bed & shower! Wasn't fond of the coffee and wish there was creamer in the room. Also wish they would have made the bed and emptied the trash during my 4 day stay. Other than that excellent place to stay! Would definitely stay again!
Although I did not stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel for any events at the Toyota Music Factory. The property is lovely and well maintained. It's a distinctly Texan type of experience with live music, a tequila bar, and the Two Mules restaurant. The courtyard has fire pits and abundant seating.
Wow how have I been in dallas 7yrs and never heard of this little oasis! Its beautiful the food is great and even though it was winter the pool still looking guy seemed jumping I wish they had a hot tub the rooms are like dating Spanish time warp the mini bar is actually a full-size fridge order really retro really cool cobblestone the food was great at the Cantina restaurant on site. There was no store really 2 Supply toiletries and extras like how many hotel chains do I had to go a mile to a 7-Eleven which wasn't that big of a deal especially because they accommodated me with a late check-out at 3 p.m. for an extra $30 which I thought was wonderful cuz I'm always running late LOL I also enjoyed how really laid back and not nosey the staff was. They were there when I needed them and non-existent when I didn't hate nosey hotels, oh and a bonus was a fire pit that you can like you're own fire if you wanted all ! The robes really sucked however and that was a little disappointing I'm used to the Westin. The shower was lacking because the curtain didn't stay shut and kept getting water all over the floor I had used most of my towels just getting the water up. Fun fact there is a big copper ottoman that is hollow on the inside and my boyfriend thought it would be a good idea to take a bath in it and he did with no issue. so if you get stuck with a shower only room use the ottoman and take a bath!! Super fun experience definitely want to go again
We arrived during the holidays but the hotel was surprisingly not busy. All of the hotel staff were super friendly. The decor was mexico- themed as advertised. All of the amenities were as stated except the firepit was never lit during our stay. We would have enjoyed roasting smores. To be honest, this hotel seemed a bit overrated. Just a glorified and over priced La Quinta Inn. The room was pretty clean but the carpet was horrible. I think all hotels should get rid of carpet at this point especially if it's not fully cleaned and sanitized. The refrigerator had no freezer but was FULLY stocked with drinks to the point of it being a nuisance. We ate at the restaurant but the breakfast menu wasn't too exciting nor was the food authentic in any kind of way. The location is conveniently within walking distance of an entertainment complex. We would probably never stay again though. The hotel has gotten great reviews and I just wanted to check it out for myself.
