I went there right before they closed. What kind of business establishment does not accept debit or credit cards? The worker there was rude. She was anxious to close its door for business! Never going there again. I’ll take my business elsewhere we’re I will be appreciated as a customer! Her attitude stinker with lack of professionalism!
A regular customer since 2020 , but this year has been nothing but the worst experience coming here . There customer service is just HORRIBLE ! They don’t take walks up now && are so rude about when we go walk up & always slamming the door in my face & saying it so rude . My favorite snow cone place & so close to my house sometimes i come twice to three times a day but now am really thinking about it with all this issues I have been having .

Stopped by today during the 100+ degree heat. They were quite popular as you can imagine. The staff was quick and friendly. We had our frozen treats in no time. Kids said they were yummy.
This is my absolute favorite snow cone place, but today was just a horrible customer service experience. My family, 9 of us in two vehicles, pulled toward the building and saw people at the walk up window. So instead of waiting in the drive thru line with a bunch of small children, my father and I walked up to the window. They were clearly serving a woman in front of us out of it, but when her transaction was done, the teenage girl slammed the window on us. We waited for a second thinking she's taking the next car's order. She then opened the window and told us, "We're not taking walk ups." And slammed the window again.My dad pointed at the woman who was still walking back to her car after being served from said window literally in front of us. She opened the window again and told us her car was overheating so she walked up. We told her we had two cars and were ordering for both, and she again said, "We're not serving walk ups!" And slammed the window for a third time.I hate having a bad customer experience here, because again they are the best snow cones in the area. But we might have to think about going back if we see her in the window.

Always friendly service here. A huge list of flavors. Sure sometimes the line is long, but it's totally worth the wait.
