Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The guy taking my order needed it repeated 4 times, even though all I ordered was a Nacho Fry and I was speaking clearly. When I pulled up to the window, I could smell weed. Please screen your employees better and make sure they don't come to work high, thanks. I believe the name on the tag was Carter. His behavior was completely inappropriate for a workplace setting.

I come to this Taco Bell regularly and usually have no problems, however, my last visit had horrible customer service and makes me not want to come back. I’m pretty sure this is a rookie employee, but the boy through the drive-thru literally took my food out? I’m not talking the whole meal, only a couple fries, napkins, and sauce packets but I don’t know what makes him think it’s okay to ever mess or tamper with a customers order. Not to mention, I handed him 20 dollar bill and asked to receive my change ($2.50) and he said I didn’t have any left? Honestly I feel like now places are just hiring anyone they can regardless of their skills and whether or not they can even do basic math. I’m extremely upset with this service not to mention on top of all this he had the audacity to give me weird glares for absolute no reason. I’m pretty sure his name tag read something like “Connor” or “Carter.” Please have something done about this or else I’ll start becoming a regular at MCDONALDS.

I have NEVER been in a Taco Bell where the overhead MENU is completely absent and this establishment wants you to order from their TABLETs on the side instead of actually speaking to a real person. The right TABLET was out of order during my visit. Only the left was in operation. I did wonder what would happen if both TABLETs were out of operation and no menu to look at? I ordered my food from the TABLET and paid to DINE IN. My guess, DINE IN and TAKE OUT are the same - bagged my order instead of on a tray. The establishment was very clean all around including the men's restroom. Lots of clear windows to look outside at the city going by. Employees seem to be very nice towards customers. Establishment is minimal in art design and has an open feel to it.

Taco bell SUPERR SLOW , but when. I recieved my food it was fresh, didn't like the fact that they were wearing the gloves touch absolutely everything from the cash register to the drink machine. If everything is sanitize correctly why wear gloves. Sanitizing though each window needs to be in order..but other then that I give it two stars because of slow service and the cross contamination with the gloves but food was fresh. Hire new workers taco bell so you want dog out the ones you have now before they quit

Horrible customer service today when dining in. I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes while all the employees were huddled up gossiping not paying attention. I had to say something to receive assistance. The gentleman came up and stated I needed to order using the Kiosk cause that’s what customers have to do now. I frequent Taco Bell’s often and although it’s a convenience to use, no location has ever told us we had to use it. I told him I was using cash so he then rolled his eyes and said he will just take my order. He stared at me like I was dumb the whole time while placing my order. Wasn’t even given a receipt of my purchase. Will not be back to this location and you all shouldn’t come here either.

Just went to drive thru, HORRIBLE! My drinks were flat with like 2 melting ice cubes and when asked to remake they gave me back the same drinks with no ice AGAIN. My entire order was cold and gordita had NO MEAT. They didn't give me any sauces or napkins as I requested 3 times. Called the manager and he was very unhelpful. Threw the order away and went to beltline...much better...

Hate being hungry and not getting what you want. Nachos had like no cheese. Ask for tons of sauce and was told no Bc they are short. Offered to buy the sauces and was also denied. Lol what is the world coming too ?

This is not the first time, whenever i order food via drive thru - these guys will miss at-least min 2 items from the order. Today they missed burritos. As they dont respond to phone calls, May be its their strategy to make more money

I came to get breakfast at 7:30 they open at 7 Am no one would answer me thru the drive thru speaker. So I went to the window there was no one there. I drove to the front it was a employee standing waiting for them to open the door. She told me to go through the drive thru so then I went back around again no one answered. I won’t be eating here ever again
