I placed an order for pick up and the employee who made my sandwich failed to read it and didn't make my sandwich right. I drove all the way up there for them to fix it and ended up arguing with the "manager" or "owner" (she said she was both) about them messing up MY sandwich. Very unprofessional "owner" going back and forth with a PAYING customer. By looking at the low star reviews, this was my first and last time visiting this location. I love Subway but this location is the worst !
You sell breakfast sandwiches what do you mean you open at 9:00 a.m.
Food bins were empty, lights were dim, environment was heavy. Felt sorry for the single employee.

Horrible experience. I've never been to a restaurant where the employees bad mouth the restaurant and the food. I asked if they had tuna and one young lady with strawberry blood hair and glasses tells me technically no... there is no real tuna DNA in the product. She couldn't tell me what is was. WHAT? She told me it may be some kind of fish... but no real tuna. I couldn't believe it. She also argued with me about a coupon. Which scanned perfectly. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Trash talking your own place of business. All in all, the food was good and the non-tuna, tuna sandwich was good as well. I will not be going back to this Subway.
