I don't usually eat at Subway, but I like the sandwiches. I walk in and before I can get to the counter, I'm asked how can I help you. I said hello and got how can I help you.I said give me a moment to view the menu.I selected my sides and asked for two different cheeses. I guest my server was in training because the co-worker was trying to tell him what I wanted. They have always done half/half of the ?. He charged me extra for the ? and I asked I thought you knew what I wanted.Thumbs down ? for this visit and he never Saud hello.

Excellent service, the place is very clean, the staff very friendly for me, who speaks Spanish, they knew how to understand me and they treated me very well, I love when they treat me well in a restaurant

I usually stay at the hotel next door. Foods is always fresh and they are always serving with a smile.

Ordered through subway app. Got there about 5 minutes prior to my requested time. Opened the sandwich in the car. The bread was mushy and not cut through. I had requested meatball footlong to be toasted and cut in 3 pieces. The sandwich was mushy and just not edible. I eat at this subway at least 5 times a week. It seems to be going down hill at night with the evening crew. Lunch crew is great, but I would avoid the evening crew!

I made an online order and reached the store on time as per the order confirmation. But the order not ready and the people just making in store orders. Please stop online orders if that’s not the service you can offer. Worst response received. I don’t have an option to remove all the stars.

Online the timing of the store says it close at 9 pm but when I went there to get a sub at 8pm they have closed the door saying we closed for the day .!! Employee was rude too .

They accept coupons now and have sandwich of the day very lovely employees and great new manger and owner

This has been the location I would go often. It now suffers from Hygiene issues. Dirty tables, floors, windows and counter tops. The staff is nice and maybe like everyone they are suffering from lack of labor. Regardless, a clean restaurant is a must.

Grilled chicken discontinued! So, I will not visit again!

Walked in on Tuesday, July 27th around 7 pm. Place was empty. All of a sudden, a younger girl came out from the back and stated, "I'm so sorry ... all of our things are down. I can't make any sandwiches." Didn't provide any alternative option, nor did she attempt at trying to troubleshoot the issue. She blamed it on the "storm that just passed by." This was quite the poor excuse.Go to McAlister's across the street! Much better service, quality of food, as well as nicer employees.
