Worst staff with no customer service! They were rude and not even responding to our requests..Food is worst! Chicken is smashed and tastes awful..
Lights on but no one in the store. Locked for about 15 no sign
New owner and they do take coupons now! Great, friendly location.

Very good attention from the employees, the food is good quality, but what I did not like is that they did not accept coupons that by law of the Subway company they have to accept coupons that they themselves distribute for the benefit of their customers and have more demand, but unfortunately this location does not accept coupons and therefore I will not return to buy here. So if you have the intention of using a coupon from the subway company that the company distributes and you have to accept those coupons in all your locations in Texas and save money, do not come to this subway establishment that does not respect the rules of your company.
I will never come to this location again ! The young lady with the long nails is always rude. Me and my husband have came several times after 8:00 pm and she will have the lights off and dim as if they are closed. This is the closest subway so it’s convenient but after the few interactions I will from now on go out my way to drive to another subway. Customer service is terrible here ! The owners need to someone pop in after 8 pm to see how they are running their business down.
lady said they do not accept coupons, huh? why would anyone eat at a subway unless they had a good coupon! took it to another subway down the street off 35 and it was fine, this place can hurry up and close shop like everything else in that strip center if they want to plays games
Worst customer service ever. I don't like talking race but I didn't catch the girl name but she was black and rude as ever. I understand it's a franchise but her rudeness wasn't warranted.
This establishment has not helped a former employee with important information she needs. This former employee has been ghosted and has not been helped at all. The only way I change this review is if someone contacts me personally so that her issues will be resolved!
