Delicious burgers. Prompt service. Milkshakes are not overly sweet, which makes them better than Braums
The young man on drive through was very charming and personable, and he got my order exactly right. I think his name was Eduardo. The food was perfect and hot and tasty
Absolutely horrible....inside closed went through the drive through no large drinks. Drink order was wrong no condiments and burgers were small...McDonald's burgers are bigger last time I go to a steak and shake and especially in Las colinas/irving area
It has definitely changed since pre pandemic. Their menu is modified. So my normal options for food is no longer available. And the food really wasn't as good as it was before. Definitely dissappointed
No indoor dining still, as of August 2021.I was disappointed, but I understand. So we had to eat in the vehicle, and had I just driven away to eat, I wouldn't have been able to go back inside and get my order corrected. No Cajun spice on my fries. They simply gave me another with Cajun spice. The burger was wonderful as usual.
I would absolutely not recommend this location. Upon arriving the establishment looked like it was closed. The only way you can tell it's open is because the "Open" sign was lite. Entering into the restaurant there are no decorations of any sort. The employee just looked at my son and I and decided to walk to the back without greeting us and leaving us alone in the front. Bad customer service. Besides this when you walk in the whole right side of the restaurant is closed so there is NO seating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

These guys are tops! I usually stop by late after work at 10-11pm and these guys are quick with great attitude and great burgers. I can honestly say I could not do this job in the same way.

I got to say a family business like this deserves some recognition, although their advertising is a bit off, their burgers are really small and their fries are very thin and greasy even though the workers are very polite and greeting, they should atleast handout essentials but very old school place. One thing I got to see before I left is you can actually invest into their business that’s preety cool to know but overall I would bring family or date here just make sure you size everything up???
