Well everyone is short staffed lately, this people work the hardest to make the most. Usually very fast, and food is delicious and we love 4 dollar menu. Helps during inflation, I would recommend this location for shake lover and them fries are thin but definitely my personal fav.
I enjoyed it very much! The meat is great ! The only thing the fries get cold right away but i like thin fries. So that's fine. The service was ok.
They still have the cheapest price out of all Quick Service Restaurants around. Me and my family eat 2-3 times a week there, I love that mint Oreo Shake. I miss good ole strawberry/banana shake.
A wonderful experience , in these difficult times . My wife and I like to go out on Friday evenings . However, we are extremely careful to avoid inside dining at all costs. We originally went to a different place in Las Colinas, but they were closed .So we drove a short distance to Steak 'n Shake. We ordered through the drive thru, then parked in the parking lot to enjoy our meal . I was pleased to see that they have added a small area there with picnic tables, for people like us .The food was delicious, hot, and prepared exactly as we requested it. We really like how the fries were served in a small cup, that is perfect for people like us dining inside of their vehicle.
I have tried the shakes and they are not that good. Not consistent , although they accomodate requests and offer various flavors and toppings. Decent drive thru shakeWill update more as I go
I hadn’t been in so long so was kinda excited, this was an absolute nightmare. My coworker wanted the chili Mac, it was spaghetti with ketchup, the Frisco Melt was horrible and so greasy, onion rings barely cooked and it was like you were biting into a ball of grease. Oh and the serving for the Mac was less than a child size. We trashed it all! Not like the old steak and shake I know!
I like the food but the other aspects could be better.Ordered online and waited 16 minutes (app says about 11-16 min). They don't put the food at the pickup location. By the time we asked and got our food, you could tell that the food had been sitting in the food for awhile. They also don't clean the tables often enough.
Was good but don't have Cajun burger and fries anymore.
Their kiosks do not work and you can’t even get a employee to acknowledge you pathetic I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous! We will not be back. Went down to Boston's pizza and they got us in quick and took our order and they were super busy! Come on Steak N Shake do better!
I seen rats. Told the franchise owner (Deshaid) he seemed not at art bothered . I won’t be back here. These rats didn’t even wait to hide just out in the open
