I am really happy about finally having a Starbucks downtown Irving. Only bad thing is every time I go they don’t have cup holders, dragon fruit, caramel crumble, honey citrus tea. Staff is great, just need to train cashier a little more. Didn’t know how to redeem points.
Great spot to chill and get work done. It's Starbucks coffee so it's alllll good ?? staff was great.

Had to finish off my card from previous Christmas gift. Final Caramel Mocha Latte. Let's see how long I can go without renewing hift card, of course if someone gives me one, we'll that will be a different story, wouldn't want to offend the giver. LOL weenie off my coffee junkie.
This is a Downtown Irving location for Starbucks. A new store. Good amount of seating inside and outside. Enough electrical outlets for computer work.
I went to get a slice of lemon loaf and a caramel macchiato. I had to tell her hot not cold because she never asked. The loaf was not warmed up. That's on me because I never specified. When we paid and got my drink, it was nothing but burnt warm milk and flavoring. This is not the first iffy experience at this location and I just chalked it up to it being a new location. Nope. I will be going to the stores either near my work or on 183.
Sad to say but I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time my order is wrong. The staff is super friendly customer service is great, but I pay for venti and I always get a grande and most of the time it’s early in the morning and I’m always thinking maybe they are just busy and forget I’m not sure but it’s something to look into.
I was supper excited about this Starbucks opening cause we needed one here ! But … I’ve been here a few times and everytime I come here they are always out of something ?. Very inconvenient! And they are very slow inside and drive through! Do better !
I absolutely love the morning crew here! they always have warm smiles and amazing coffee skills! I come here just about every morning and its so sweet, right when I open the door they scream my name welcoming me in! and start on my usual! y'all definitely have a great team here Starbucks! keep it up!
Love how close it is to my job I've gone 3 times this week , and to everyone complaining about the wait , it just opened , cut them some slack . Can you imagine starting a new job and it be busy 24/7 it must be overwhelming. Give them some time to get it down . Patience is a virtue.
