Someone on this team keeps messing up white chocolate mochas.The store is always willing to get me a new drink and they are super friendly, but this is getting really inconvenient. I stop at this location on the way to work, so it's super easy for me to simply go back. Especially because they are located off a highway. So that means I have to find a different Starbucks location. The poor valley ranch location is constantly remaking my drink.
This is my Starbucks of choice. Much better than the one on MacArthur.Limited seating, but fun + upbeat staff make up for it. The drinks are well-made and the merchandise and coffee selection is lovely.Drive thru is pretty barren most of the day because this store is off the beaten path. Go now before it gets super popular!
There weren’t many options available in the bakery, but the employee helped me find something as a substitute. Very clean on the inside and comfortable.
I come here a lot , I mean a lot and order caramel ribbon crunch and vanilla been Frappuccino. Not to be rude but I’ve been getting my Frappuccinos really soggy like milk texture and before someone else made it awesome and that’s why I kept coming but now it is just plain disgusting. I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino today and it was more milk than flavor , everything was extremely melted (milk base texture) … idk but I liked the other person who used to make the Frappuccinos.
At this location you are not a valued customer, you are a nuisance if you use the drive thru.When using the drive thru at this location they make you wait to place your order until they finish making the drinks for the vehicle that was in the drive thru before you.
As much as I enjoy making my own coffee or tea at home, I do like to treat myself to a Starbucks coffee once in a while. I enjoy ordering through the app, & my order is always complete & perfect. Also, the staff is always nice :)
I agree with the other reviews of not filling the drinks all the way up, and tasting off. I order the same drink each time and this location has been very inconsistent with their delivery. Too much ice, forgetting ingredients, underfilling cups, etc.
Husband and I ordered the toasted marshmallow oatmilk lattes at the drive through and they looked like mostly milk and were not sweetened at all. It tasted really bad… very disappointing experience. $15 for bad coffee is not okay.
Love this starbucks. Not too crowded. Has a drive through. And the staff is cool
Worst Starbucks in the area. Drinks are under filled and consistently taste watered down. Not even worth going anymore
