Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told they “don’t have” mango dragonfruit base. Waste of my time.The drive thru wait times are bad at this location and they always seem to be out of something. This has happened to me too many times here.
Some days the coffee taste great and the staff is great very welcoming. However sometimes the staff is very forgetful or off. Once the coffee was so bad it was undrinkable and a waste of money.
Is it not a minimum common sense that a “straw” should be given with Frappuccino?? I ordered delivery through uber eats and had to throw away the Frappuccino as I don’t see how to consume it without a “straw”.
Walked in and not one single person (of the four working) even so much as acknowledged us. Didn't even look up at us! We stood there for over 5 minutes and finally, I spoke up to get someone's attention, to ask for service! All the available tables were dirty (only 2 other customers in the store at the time) so I asked for something to clean the table with. I had to ask multiple times to get something so I COULD CLEAN THE TABLE MYSELF!! Nobody came out to do it!! Nobody here spoke, nobody was smiling or friendly or.... NOTHING!! My teenage daughter literally said "it's like they're all being forced to work here...". I was ignored each time I went to ask something, until I spoke up a bit louder, then someone would finally acknowledge me. This place needs employees who are happy (or at least act it), personable and will acknowledge the customers on the other side of the counter who are, essentially, paying their wages. Both my daughter and I had already made our minds up that we WON'T be coming back here, before we had even received our entire order! THAT'S BAD!! This store needs a whole new crew.... sorry, not sorry!
Starbucks inside Kroger always horrible. They slow and doing training when traffic time which takes way too long to make 1 drink. The quality of the drinks is horrible too!
Fast service very popular because the other 2 Starbucks in the area closed a few years ago. Staff is nice get the cakes early because they do run out.
So annoyed!! 2nd time already order something and same thing. Have in mind I had already ordered online and said in stock. Had already paid, got to the store and come again sold out and had waited 5 min for that! And didn’t get my money back. Worst worst Starbucks ever!!!!!!!

WOW They are so slow. Be prepared to be in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. They made my drink incorrectly, and refused to remake it. They kept asking me over and over again what the issue is and I got tired of repeating and finally drove off. There are so many Starbucks in the area - please - do yourself a favor and go to another one. This location has rude staff, slow service, and incompetence in drink making.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. The drinks were supposed to be iced chai tea lattes, and they made them hot. Once I got my incorrectly made order of drinks, the baristas were so rude and so slow and bothered to address my concern that I left all 3 of the drinks on the counter and just walked out. $20 down the drain. Upon leaving the barista said, "Don't forget to call corporate!" (I didn't care enough to.) There are too many competitors around to continue doing business here.
