A very busy Starbucks location in Las Colonas. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering ahead on their App and when I got there, I waited a long time to get my order. I noticed that people who ordered after me at the counter were out on their way with their drinks and I was still waiting…I finally had to ask about my order and they finally printed my order and started making it.
Customers should not be blamed for the mistakes of the trainees.I ordered an ice americano and the trainee at the register put in a hot order, even after repeating my order. One of the shorter baristas, I'm gonna guess that she's the manager, instantly blamed me for it saying I didn't order it iced.She was just very rude.I'm a barista myself and if something happened with an order, I apologize immediately, whether or not I'm in the wrong.
Best Baristas Leah or Stephanie make my favorite drink perfectly every time! I buy 4 or 8 of my favorite drink every visit!
Use to go to this Starbucks alot more... but glad I don't as much.A few things:- when it is even LIGHTLY busy, it seems like the workers panic.. which makes them mess up orders alot more. Not efficient.- There were only 3 people in front of me. It took them 10 minutes just to get through them.- The person making my drinks was rude.- I noticed she put 4 pumps of sugar into my coffee when I asked for 1. I asked if it was one pump. She straight up LIED to my face and said yes... so I let her know: "oh sorry, I thought I saw you put 4"- After she realized I saw.... she then threw the drink in the sink. She had someone else give it to me and it was sitting by her for 1 minute, I don't know if she was trying to make me wait?? LOLWould not recommend.-
Our cashier was a super sweet guy! The crew worked well with the rush and the drinks tasted good
It’s 5:05 pm on 1/22/2022 & the only lady working is rude and lacks customer service skills. She needs to figure out who she be talking to bc the dismissal of customers is quite pathetic being she literally works I face to face customer service. She should quit and do something she WANTS to do. Don’t appreciate the rudeness.
Worse Starbucks - place should be shut down. Never fast never friendly: they are consistently out of normal items. Today I went in and was told they didn’t have straws so I would have to get my own or sip from a lid. Will be reaching out to corporate!

If I could give zero!!!or a negative rating I would.I have not seen a more confused and slower human being than the girl at the register named" Muskaan"....Oh my God the only thing I ordered was a chocolate croissant..It took her 20 minutes from start to finish.PEople were waiting and waiting staring at her and she had no idea what she was doing...the most ridiculous confused person for billing. She was neither multi tasking nor doing anything other than take 5000 hours for an [email protected] generally is a good place but this girl drove people crazy.....A long line of multiple customers waiting so she can get her s*** togetherYikes!!!She needs to be fired.
They have the nicest employees here I swear. Everyone working here is very friendly and that’s cool
