The manager acted like I was insane for asking what the available flavors are (they aren't written anywhere on the menu.) He was breathing down the neck of the nice cashier, who was obviously new. Made the whole experience very stressful for both the trainee and me...she had trouble scanning my gift card because he was rushing her. She threw it out, and the balance was kot applied to the order. The coffee was watery. I thought I'd go to Starbucks one last time to use that gift card, but clearly it's not worth it.
I ordered a tall misto with 2 stevias in iit , they made a regular coffee without stevia of cream & after I told them that what they have made a mistake a young lady employee instead of apologizing & being polite had a very nasty attitude & disrespectful behavior which is not acceptable & I had never had such bad experience at Starbucks!!
The crew is great it's the manager that is rude and nasty at times. The team members are pleasant and remember regulars. It's very welcoming!
The worst coffee of my life and I frequent Starbucks all the time. Waste of money and I still need coffee. So upset. The most bitter drink I’ve ever tasted.
They were nice but forgot to put COFFEE in my drink. Now have a blend of ice milk and Carmel to drink…….
Astronomical prices for a cup of coffee.. It takes 6 people it's take 6 people to do a 2 person job so that's what you get.
Landed at midnight. Woke up and needed coffee. Made the coffee at the hotel and it was way gross. Walked about 1/2 mile to get coffee only to find out that they closed at 10AM for what looks like taking applications. Mind you it is 10AM on a Saturday. I am a business owner and this is not the way to hire people.
They did not have frosting for my pup. What kind of starbucks don't have frosting.
The barista overfilled my cup of coffee & the hot coffee spilled in my car, on my right hand, my work pants, blouse, car seats and all over my cupholders. My hand wouldn't stop hurting at work. Stop overfilling these cups! Why can you leave 1/2 an inch of room? I specifically asked for a tall drink but for it to be in a grande cup to avoid these type of things.
Great drinks! Great service, I’ll definitely be back to this location. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had with Starbucks… they need to send people to train at this location.
