Why hire people who refuse to work?… went to Sonic this afternoon… waited about 10 mins at the intercom and watched the staff just stand around inside refusing to take an order. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were super busy but nope. If I could leave a negative rating I would. It’s upsetting that people don’t want to work.
EDIT: I can’t believe I’m taking the time to edit this review I made over a year ago, but I’m honestly that annoyed. I liked this location better when they were short staffed. Id take slow service over rude employees with no customer service skills any day of the week. Still leaving 3 stars because the cooks and the car hops are doing their jobs, while the drive through team could use some training.——————————————————————————I come here all the time. Never had an issue & the customer service has always been great. Based on all the other negative comments, it’s seems like people don’t really understand that cook time + lots of customers means there might be a little bit of a wait.
Definitely the worst sonic I’ve been to. Quite possibly the worst in the country. The place so run down and filthy. I can only image what the kitchen looks like. More than half the order monitors are out of order. The food takes forever and is rarely right. Even if you order ONE item. When the food is correct it’s usually cold. This last visit was my final straw. Order was wrong. Got a sonic blast with butterfinger instead of M&M. I watched the guy literally scrape off the butterfinger in the trash and throw M&Ms in the cup with his hands. DONE! I don’t care how much my kids want it!
The absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve left because it takes them 10+ mins to answer the speaker, no matter how many people are there. Drive through is the same
Shayne is our MAN!! My friend and I work closer to a different Sonic location, but come here specifically to see Shayne on our lunch breaks. He makes the BEST Sonic drinks and always delivers our orders quickly and with a smile. We love Sonic, and we love Shayne!!!
It's really the fact that I waited for my food for 25 minutes and it came out cold . So what is that you all were doing during the time it took to make my food? I get it fast food is a little slower these days ... fewer workers, but people still are paying their money for hot food . Miranda is the only reason I would come back . Her customer service is great and she's very sweet . Thank you for being kind to me . I literally was over my experience until I interacted with you. If sonic ever gets rid of Miranda from this location , you all may as well close it.
Never get anything right at this place. The mistakes are so bad. I end up throwing away more food than I eat. Absolutely done with this place
The patty melt was really tasty. The cheddar peppers were scrumptious. The customer service was very pleasant and helpful.
I don't know what it is with this location, but they know how to take care of me really well. And because it's really close to my job, it get to be my #1 Sonic location.
I really enjoy coming to this location. The lady that brings my order to the car is such an amazing person. She makes sure that my orders are correct every time. She is always so nice to me and makes small talk that means a lot to me. I had a very bad day recently and without her realizing it, she turned my whole day around. I believe her name is Miranda. She does a really great job and deserves to be recognized for it.
