Was in line for 20 to 30minutes with only one car in front of me and four behind me. The guy at the window was pretty decent but the crew was just awfully slow an seen one doing nothing but goofing off while just standing there.. MY FOOD was surprisingly hot but they gave me half of my fries and my friends stuff was kind of burnt , ice cream seemed like it was already melted and my son's food would have to been the most decent one, thankfully.. Dislike the fact that it's the only Sonic around me without having to drive a distance.#Sonic do better!!!
Very disappointed in the food quality. The person at the window was super sweet. I ordered on the app and tipped. Really wish I would've waited and tipped once I received my food. Aside from the dining room being closed I couldn't see any other covid 19 safety practices. The bag with my food in it hit the floor before it was handed to me. The person at the window stated only my sauces fell out, not my food. Then she proceeded to throw the same sauces back in my bag on top of my food.
My first and last time going!! I ASKED FOR NO SALT ON MY MEAT.. HE SAYS WE DON'T PUT ANY SEASONS ON IT GET MY DOUBLE MEAT CHEESEBURGER SO MUCH SALT I COULDN'T EAT IT.. $10 WASTED.. THE GUY TAKING THE ORDER WASN'T VERY FRIENDLY
Waited a long time to order. Not a standard sonic. Only has drive thru window. They had no onion rings and did not have any one dollar bills for change. What a mess.
Good shake and decent footlong chili cheese coney.I recommend making it fresh without microwave which ruins the taste and makes hot dog have no taste .makes it hard to chew like rubber.
this place is so ridiculous everytime I come here it's one thing or another the staff have to be doing drugs or up to something because everytime is an excuse not to do their job telling me one time only drive-thru is available for just a tea bc they are understaffed they close early open late never on time of the business hours which is a regulation if you own a business they are rude and always say they are out of whatever you are ordering till you give up drive away one time my boyfriend even found a napkin in his sundae it was weird The manager said he rolled back the cameras and didn't see that happen so I guess he was saying we were lying didn't replace anything or apologize just said it wasn't put there by his staff this is the worst fast-food place to eat the food is never even made right still cold on the inside meat mozzarella sticks etc. I used to love sonic never minded the price cause the menu was so good now I can't even order if I wanted to they even shut off the order on line option if you go here good luck your better off ordering a pizza from dominos or pulling a tooth that's how hard it is to get service here five thumbs way down :(
Every time I order an ocean water with strawberries, I never taste one strawberry. So then I open the lid and just see little bits of strawberry. Also, I never taste any coconut. This is very disappointing when it’s one of your favorite drinks.
Good food and service! This one is really hidden in plain site right off the road!
I use the app for deals and discounts but at this location if there is a long line its pointless. Would be better if you could pick food up inside on mobile orders. Smh
