No shakes? That's the only reason I stopped at sonic. Ended up ordering a #10 which the employee didn't even bother looking at me when she handed it off. Also was looking at me like some kind of disgusting inconvenience when she walked off. I'm not sure what her problem is, but when all someone says is thank you, you shouldn't be disrespectful to them.

Terrible!Drive thru only no drive in! If it was easier to cancel an order placed through the app I would have left as soon as I saw the line. If you don't have enough employees it's time to rethink the business model. At this point the excuse of people not wanting to work is irrelevant, job market has been like that for months. Pass this along to corporate. Either close down locations, update mobile app to reflect things like this, add option to cancel and refund immediately through app for customer end.

This is literally the worst sonic that has ever existed. It takes 20+ min to have a drink mobile order brought to you at the stand so I’ve been going through the drive through to pick it up and today I’m the 3rd car in line and it legit took 30 min in the line to get my drink. It’s ridiculous. They close early randomly sometimes and the service is so slow. I don’t know how this sonic is still in business.

Never ever eat Sonic at that location after 7pm and please check your food before you drive away. The North Irving Sonic off Beltline and Walnut Hill is the most disgusting Sonic in all of Dallas County. I paid for onion rings but they were not in my order, so when I advised the young girl that my onion rings were missing, she replied " Oh we don't have any rings" ...so then why not offer a substitution instead of hoping I drive away and not check my order, basically stealing my money. I go home to eat my hamburgers and they are literally thrown together so sloppy in addition to being cold. I went back to the restaurant to get a refund, which I absolutely hate doing btw, but the manager told me to request a refund through the app, which did not work as they kept sending emails asking what the issue was ...I had to actually call the 1-800 number to be properly refunded. I honestly think they are trying pre-close the restaurant too early so they can leave on time. Management please hire a more mature staff because the employees and lack of service has dragged this location down. I no longer eat at this location and would rather drive farther to MacArthur Blv. In Las Colinas, at least I'll get good service there, even if the food is off or order is wrong. North Irving location please get it together because I can literally walk to your store but would rather go elsewhere. Thrown together food, missing items and horrible customer service will eventually get this location closed.

I use the Sonic app including the tipping feature, even if I’m already at the restaurant, and I never have a problem. I can even order and pay and send someone else to go get it. They don’t require the ordering device or person to be present and they don’t wait till you get there to start preparing the order, unlike some other well known restaurant with the same name as mine, which I rarely go to because of their app inconveniences. Sometimes the food at Sonic isn’t perfect but it usually is, and the ease and convenience of getting food there makes it one of my favorite places.

Horrible!!! There was 3 cars when I pulled in. 20 minutes passed and other cars that came after me pulled out. I just order some chili cheese tots/ cheese sticks and slushy for my kid. I was about to pulled away when the lady came!!

Make sure to add this to your list of places not to eat at. The quality of the food is nothing to brag about, but what is most in need of correction is the service the employees provide.I recently went to the drive-Thru window and advised I had 2 separate orders. Once I arrived a the window the young lady advised the 1st order total (and yes she said first order) however when she handed my card back she gave me two receipts. I asked if she charged both orders on the one card and she said “yes”. I immediately asked myself is she slow or dumb. I’m still not sure which one she is, I just know she could care less, and doesn’t take her employment serious.This is the issue that I’ve seen at many fast food places, the employees simply don’t care about their jobs and treat it and the customers poorly.All business owners should be conceded by the poor service employees such as her provide. I know times are difficult and finding employees can be Challenging, but please take the time to ask yourself is this person willing to work and provide good customer service or a warm body here for money.And to the useless lady at the window, find another job, being a cashier isn’t for you.

This Sonic location has been off their game some lately. Arrived one day and all they could sell was drinks? I wanted a corn dog. Another occasion cherry limeade was off, but upon request they replaced it.

this has to be the worst sonic in texas. we ordered 2 drinks ahead on the app and drove there to pick up. it usually takes, i kid you not, 5 minutes from start to finish to get our drinks. today, on a day that i needed to pick my child up from school in 20 minutes, they took 15 to give me my drinks. and guess what! i knocked on their door twice. the first time they waved to me as if to say “yeah we see you” … ok. the second time they said “what’s up” … i’m like HUH. what do you mean what’s up. i said “i’ve been waiting for my stuff” and the young boy turns around, hands me my drinks and says “sorry” WHAT. i was late to picking up my child because you… didn’t want to bring me out my things??? i’m confused. not returning.

I pulled up yesterday to order through the drive-thru and they made me go park in one of the Stalls so what's the purpose of having a drive-through if you're not going to take the orders so it was very inconvenient I Won't Go Back
