I've historically avoided sonic restaurants because the handful of times I've been to one the service has not been great the food has been sub-par, and the prices are too expensive for what you get. Tonight however I really wanted a shake. I drove to the location closest to me, and they were closed over an hour before their listed close time, on a Saturday night, no big deal I'll just go to the next closest one, which is this establishment. When I got there I couldn't even really tell if they were open bc most of the lights were off, but there were plenty of cars there ordering food so I gave it a try. I had to wait about 8 minutes from the time I pushed the red button before I pushed the button again which is when somebody answered, which is excessive enough in itself. When somebody did come on the com I tried to order a brownie batter master shake, to which the kid replied, "we don't sell those any more" as I was looking at the ad for it on the screen, and only went to sonic bc they were advertising it on their website as a "featured item." So yea, they told me that they don't sell the product that they're advertising as I'm looking at the ad for this product on their own screen in front of me. That's fine though, by the looks of it they probably would've done a terrible job anyway, and that's if they even managed to get me my order within the hour. Thanks for reminding me why I don't go to sonic. I really don't understand how any of these locations stay in business.
I attempted to eat here a week ago but was greatly disgusted and disappointed . The absolute worst Sonic I've ever seen!ordered in app and at location Every I mean EVERY SINGLE item was wrong! Took over an hour ans still was wrong the 2 of the 3 people working there could care less. The car hop, Naya, did appear concerned and listened to my complaints and tried to hurry every remake. She is the only reason I gave 1 star. This Sonic has deteriorated to the point that I will not ever go there again and I suggest no one else should either.
Everything was fine but one thing . My son ordered a large popcorn chicken mean and my daughter did as well. My daughters chicken was perfectly fine and my sons chicken was 3pcs of chicken and the rest was all bread crumbs . I went and asked for it to be remade but the manager put up a little fight about her policy, she remade it after all but it was me having to ask questions on why they are giving bread crumbs . She also mentioned that some people get bad batches and some people get good ones . How is that even ok ? . I don’t care what your policy is , I’m not paying for bread crumbs .
Poor service. Waitress took payment and did not return with change. Gave herself a nice little tip. Shakes were supposed to be strawberry and chocolate. Neither tasted like anything particularly. Both felt like congealed slime
If i could rate 0 stars , i WOULD!!!! All the people that work night shift are lazy. Waited a good 25 mins to get attended on my order, while the workers were inside sitting down doing nothing. Worst customer service ever. Sonic management please get better workers.
This place has the worst customer service. I litterly waited over 10 mins and not once got acknowledged. Pressed button twice and not a courtesy acknowledgment at all. A car pulls up minutes after me and got their order. The woman taking orders out did not say a word. Very insulted on the horrible customer service here. Management your employees were on their phones and buying blankets inside of taking my order. I had to drive to shady grove to get sonic. SMH.
I love going to Sonic their drinks are amazing but sometimes I need to be careful and make sure but not carbonated I've had that happen to me a few times other than that great service
the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Venessa had a look on her face like she was being forced to work here. I understand we all have our bad days but rolling your eyes at customers and yelling at them when asking what’s the total is ridiculous.
It’s always a negative experience at this sonic, but this last one really takes the cake. My fiancé literally waited for 20 minutes just to be ignored by the staff of three people that just stared at him through the window and never took his order or even attempted to communicate with him.. This Sonic is a joke and needs some reform or to just be shut down. We will NEVER come back here again.
Its hard not to get angry with this sonic in particular. Putting jr patties on adult meals? This is why you have peaked in life. CLEAN HOUSE. For those less intellectual, that means fire the lazy people (everyone there including the ill-equipped manager). This sonic is going to get run into the ground if things don't change. Unbelievably disappointed. Glad I do fast food often.
