WORST customer service ever. I made 2 trips the other day just to get the right order (on my 30 minute lunch break). It took 30 minutes for my food to come out initially and it was cold and I needed to get back to work, so I had someone else go pick up my remake order. When they arrived they were gone another 30 minutes and said after they sat there awhile that they pressed the button and asked how long it would be before the order comes out, they ignored them and made the button solid red to where the person couldn't press it anymore. When they got back with the remake, their drink that they got from the first order tasted like carbonated water. I called to speak with the manager "Jessica" (i don't think that was her real name) she was very rude and non chalant and just held the phone and eventually hung up on me. I called back and got the corporate number and they gave a full refund. This place is ran by a bunch of silly kids. I wont be back, and since they wanted to act non chalant about my order that's why I acted non chalant about a tip ??
Took quite awhile for someone to take my order. Saw 2 cars arrive several min after me that had their orders taken before mine...also saw 1 vehicle leave probably because they were having the same issue as me. Food was ok, but the service definitely was NOT.
Standard sonic fare. 1 negative, I got a grilled cheese, very thin on the cheese. Prompt, nice service
I ordered a 5 pc chicken dinner. It came out with an awkward breading on it and the pieces were slightly larger than the size of the tots and it was somewhere around the amount of 5 if you added them together. The toast was overdone on one side and underdone on the other. Gravy was awful and my frozen cherry limeade was not frozen at all
Asked for well done onion rings they weren't then they were cold..ice tea was the only thing that was good
Everything was good and my food was hot and it was delivered pretty quick like 5 min after I ordered it.
So here's my problem. I usually love this location. I have volunteered here for various school projects on and off throughout the years. But tonight was beyond unacceptable. The website said they closed at midnight. I placed a mobile order around 9:06pm, and got there within about 5 minutes of placing the order. All the lights were out, and there was clearly no one there. Since I already paid through the app, I waited about 30 minutes just to make sure, but nobody came. There were no signs or anything saying that they closed, and my order clearly went through. They at least should have placed signs and blocked mobile orders or something. This whole thing was beyond rude and disrespectful to all of their guests. I have been in food service for years and I understand not having enough people to stay opened, but at least say something somewhere so people don't have bad experiences trying to wait for something that will never come. Already reported this location to corporate, hopefully this will be the last time I have this issue.
This location has been slipping the past couple of years….half their screens are no longer functioning and employees become visibly irritated when they’re given a card for the transaction.
I love their drinks I love twist with the cheese sauce and I love their chili cheese tater tots the reason why I'm giving it four stars is because sometimes they need to change their Grease because it makes your food nasty
The online order came out in reasonable time. They brought out a drink that we didn't order and forgot the ranch sauce that we did order. Food was purchased for our 4 yo. He did not care for the broccoli/cheese tater tots, but he loved his cheeseburger with the extra mayo.
