my first super sonic burrito came with no sausage. replacement i received, cheese wasn’t fully melted and tasted awful. ?also ordered fudge milkshake. found chunks of chocolate balls at the bottom. assuming this wasn’t stirred properly.only giving this an extra star because the server was generous
Horrible! I’ve gone 3 times. Each time is the same. Either the stall doesn’t work or the screen doesn’t work. You’re waiting for them to get to yours to order and then they take forever to bring your order out. I never complain bc they are making my food and I don’t want them to spit in it. But this time I did bc I had been there for 30 minutes already. My food has definitely been messed with the hotdog is super hard and chewy. Never going here again!
Clearly sonic doesn't offer frozen tea anymore. I asked for a drink they had a few years back like around 2018, which is half frozen tea and half frozen lemonade . They had no idea what I'm talking about and just brought me an overpriced frozen lemonade, I guess this is what I'm drinking. Oh well it will do and the young lady working was really nice anyway. Normally this location is out of everything and ignores you for 10 minutes after you hit the button but tonight they did good except that the drink I wanted must not be available anymore.
Waited 15 minutes after pushing the red button. Usually I get immediate service.The car next to me got their order and they came in after me. The cat hop with headset claims they didn't get answer. So I went somewhere else.
Slow service during not so busy hours.I got the popcorn chicken, which had much more popcorn than actual chicken.It tasted like food was cooked in old grease.Soft serve cone was up to par.
This is by far the worse sonic in existence. Really shouldn't take 5 minutes for someone to answer the button. I would understand if there was alot of people here but there was only 3 people here. I see why now. Also giving me an old hotdog and mozzarella sticks that's been sitting out for what tasted like 3 days. I will be calling the bank to charge back this mess.
This is one of the WORST Sonics I have ever been to. I am an understanding person but when I wait over 10 mins to order and then wait 10 more minutes for 2 drinks it's just ridiculous at that point. I've come at all hours of the day and RARELY get a good experience. There are some REALLY nice hard working people here but unfortunately the service just hasn't improved maybe even gotten worse.. the kids at night don't care and are VERY RELAXED while wait times are through the roof. Really sad to see this place like this.
Every single time I visit here they give me fresh food. And they're so nice even when they're tired they have a smile. This Sonic is the best in Irving,I stopped by the Sonic on Beltline worse experience ever!! I'm glad I found a good Sonic location cause I love the chili cheese Coney!&the French toast sticks?
I pushed the order button to place my order and waited over 5 minutes, no response. So I thought maybe that one was broken, so I moved to another order spot. Same thing waited over 5 minutes for someone to respond so finally I left and went elsewhere. What has happened to Sonic. The facilities looked to be in need of maintenance. Very disappointed.
If I can give this a negative 0 I would! One of the worst store ever sometime they don’t have what you are ordering on top of that you have to wait like 10-20 min just to order then wait even more time for your food or just for 1-2 drinks ! It’s so bad they use to be so good yall need new management or something!
