I hate to write this review because the manager seemed to be very nice. It appears that the staff was new. However, I ordered chips and salsa. The guy put my chips in a small box with the salsa. The problem is, he put the salsa in the same box which didn't allow him to put enough chips. They gave my friend the wrong chips. She wanted tortilla, they gave her yams, which she doesn't like. I'm disappointed because I ordered tortilla soup and I bought chips because they don't offer chips with the soup. The few chips i received was not worth the money I spent. Next time put the big salsa container on the side not in the smallbox with the chips!
This place is a hidden gem. The food is really good. It would help though, if the staff actually liked their jobs. The person that waited on me never cracked a smile from the moment I walked in. None of them did. There were no greetings, no conversation, no thank uou for coming in...nothing! If you have a job in any kind of service, then serve, with a smile and serve with guests, or find something else. I will eat there again, but I know to lower the bar on the service.
Great fresh ingredients! The staff was friendly and the salad wastasted.... there is a nice sitting area outside with shade where you can enjoy your meal as well.
Just visited this location. My First time ever at a Snappy Salads. I ordered the steak salad for take out. While preparing the salad the staff member appeared unsure, they consulted the menu cards on the perpetration counter, and had to ask another person several questions. When I got home to enjoy my purchase, it was inedible. Period. It was covered in some sort of pepper/seasoning mix - clearly too much. The staff did not make this item as described and over seasoned the salad. Disappointing and a waste of money.
I typically love snappy salads but my first time visiting this location and it felt less friendly more stingy. Had to pay for extra protein and still ended up a little on the short end. Maybe they’re low on inventory. Clean dining area though.
Quality and experience:This is a great place to eat fresh and clean nutritious meals. Their products are awesome, because almost every product is organic. I normally go to make my own salad, however the menu changed.If you go for their signature salad is good. But if you go to make your own salad now instead of getting 8 choices of toppings you’ll only get 6. Thus, the price of what it used to be the bigger bowl, now you merely get one size of salad.The place and service:it is good, always clean, and very friendly atmosphere, although the customer service “sucks “.
Craving salad and just too much of a bumb to go shop and prepare for myself.This location was very short-staffed with only 3 people with 1 of those being new and in training, but they did an AMAZING job under the circumstances.My salad was pricey, but I got exactly what I wanted so, that made it worth my while. I got the grilled avocado and added grilled shrimp. Mmm mmmm mmmm!I will go back but will just try to stick with a basic salad as not to break my pocket.
