My post has nothing to do with the actual smoothie. I came in for lunch today and a older gentlemen accidentally spilled his drink. He was treated horribly by the young lady working there. The young man was very polite and I can tell he was trying to make up for her behavior. She was rude and unfriendly and never acknowledged anyone. I love Smoothie King and I would never want to experience this behavior anywhere. She needs training and too understand, this is a place of business. You smile at people and say hello. If you don't like your job, please find another one that does not involve people.
Selected curbside pickup due to having 2 small kids in the car. I pulled up and called 3 times. No one answered. I had to unload my kids and go inside to pick up my order. Don't offer curbside pickup if you aren't going to do it.
Service was slow very disappointed
When I arrived, there was on ONE person on staff, the manager! He was AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, but very stressed!! The owners had no back up for this man!! I was more than angry at this!! If I were the owner, (I am the owner of Dallas Windows and Gutter Cleaning), I would have been behind that counter!! I hope this reached the owners and something positive gets done for that man!! He did one hell of a GREAT JOB!! Never did he lose sight of his professional responsibilities!! 5 stars for him and their outstanding smoothies!! If I could have rated negative, I would have!! Shame on those owners!!
I started coming to this location because other location in Hurst Tx has horrible service. The best!
Great smoothies. HORRIBLE service. Very, very slow. I can't imagine coming here on $5 Friday's. You will spend your entire lunch break waiting for a smoothie.
Walked in, stood at the counter a few minutes waiting to order... neither person said a word. One went about doing cleaning chores other made smoothies. Both looked miserable to be there...we walked out never being spoke to...
I go here often and I love the staff and the smoothies ? everything I come I like to try something new and the staff recommend very good choices and know what they are talking about. Wouldn't go anywhere else ?
Always understaffed no one has time on their lunch break to wait for a 15 person line with one person making smoothies. Nonsense
Cashier/smoothie artist had practical knowledge of different drinks, features, additives, and supplements. Many other places just awkwardly suggest a regular drink. This was a custom experience. Not cheap, but few smoothie places are.
