I am visiting from another state and waited to be serviced and the employees NEVER acknowledged me and once all the customers were given their drinks the lady grabbed a mobile order ticket and the other one continued doing what she was doing. I left without purchasing anything. Customer service obviously is not their strong suit. Considering I’m moving here it’s safe to say I WON’T EVER visit this location.

A week ago, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by ACE. For a first-time experience at Smoothie King, I couldn't of had a better time. From the moment I walked in, was greeted promptly with such a lovely and upbeat attitude. Ace's knowledge and personalized questions helped to discern the type of drink I needed that day. A few minutes later, I'm sipping on the best darn smoothie full of all the flavors, vitamins, and extras needed for my body. Thank you ACE for this one-of-a-kind memorable experience.
I will NEVER again order smoothies from this location (7300 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving TX) on Saturday. I ordered my usual 40oz smoothies yesterday and the Saturday before and they were very watery! I never had that issue when ordering during weekdays.*** Smoothie King should ensure the quality of their smoothies is consistent regardless of the day and/or who makes them.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
It took 9 mins to get one smoothie and it was only one customer inside at a time (like they weren't busy to warrant the amount of time it took). I overheard the clerk telling someone who came out the back something about the blenders (as if only one was working) but he never mentioned it to the customers. Then I get the same smoothie I always get Metabolism Boost with Strawberry Pineapple which comes pink and I look down and it's white. I told him this can't be right. He assured me that it was. I took a quick sip and it had a flavor in it but it wasn't the same. I've been going to Smoothie King for years and won't return to this location even if it's next door to my gym because the wait time was ridiculously long and my order wasn't right.
Typically I get good service from most smoothie kings, but this smoothie Kings staff was pretty disappointing. After clearly messing up my smoothie, but acting as if it was normal, when I had my smoothie remade the second one was still wrong. I ended up getting food again somewhere else. The rating is because staff was nice and the location was clean. I won’t be back.

We are going to start with four stars. The wait time is far too long to stand in line. So to alleviate my pain I started ordering online so that by the time I drive here it is ready. And it works :-) very happy with it.
I try to give them a chance, but they have really SLOW service. Even with 2 to 3 ppl working
