We order from this place based on thr reviews.let me first say we are from out of town and wanted try something different. The food came quickly it was hot and fresh. There was a mistake on the order I called them it was corrected and the item we originally order was sent to us the food was delish and like note in the other review you will NOT be hungry. Will be back to this place when we visit again.
Quick service but This food is not the best. I've had better Chinese food. I had the general tso chicken. I saw people said they give you alot of food... Well... Maybe that's for dinner only because They are a bit stingy with the food got lunch and I'm use to smaller lunch portions but not that small. I guess that explains why they are so reasonable. Overall, not a place I would recommend to a friend.
So rude. I've ordered from here for years. My last order the food was fine, but customer service was atrocious. There was an item that I didn't receive, and I don't live anywhere near them. I called to tell them about my missing item and was told he was sure he put it the order. There was nothing that could be done, and he hung up on me. I never got the one item. If you are trying to be treated like a rational person don't go here. He acted like I was trying to scam them out of $5 on a $95 order. I won't order from here ever again for myself or coworkers. I won't even recommend this place!!!
BEST "Chinese" take-out in Dallas/Ft Worth! These guys have been exceeding my expectations for years. Everytime I order I'm thinking, "there's no way it'll be as good as last time." But it arrives even better! Just know that a single order of...whatever! will easily fill 2-3 people. They do not skimp on the portions. You will NOT be left hungry after an order from this place. So, enjoy! Skillman Wok in Irving is the BEST place to order your Chinese food from.

Currently because of Covid no dine in, if that ever was something they did, but you order through a glass door blocked off. Mediocre food at best but it is reasonably priced. It would be a 4 but the service was interesting. Asked for soy sauce and I watched him put a singular pack in the bag with 5 orders of food in it. What a joke
Not sure if this deserves a 2 or 3 star but disappointed again with this place. They forgot an item on my order again and offers no discount or a free egg roll for next time, nothing. Poor attitude towards their customers. The only reason I was there today because my favorite place, China Pavilion, is closed on Monday's.
While visiting Tx in August. I placed a delivery order. I paid with my debit card. The food was okay. I was reviewing my bank statement today (November 16th) and I noticed a unauthorized charge from Skillman Wok in Irving. Someone at this establishment decided to use my debit card 3 months after I placed a order. I spoke to the manager he acted very clueless about the situation. Be very careful paying with a card. To me it seems a though card info is being saved. The charge from August and today were different amounts.
Ordered Skillman wok for delivery tonight and got sent the wrong appetizer and when I called to ask about it they were very rude about it. The chicken on the stick was dry and burnt, lo main was flavorless and over cooked. My order was missing an entree, plastic ware, and sauce. I won’t recommend ordering from here. It used to be good but now their service sucks.
The food is ok, but the service sucks they got attitude problems, they need to learn customer service. They act as if you are begging for food, I used to be a regular customer, but I am tired of their attitude, they just lost me as a customer, the guy in front is very rude an impolite.
