I came in on my lunch break and ordered the French Dip without Provolone. It was still supposed to come with Swiss cheese. When I got back to my office to eat I realized they didn’t put any cheese on my sandwich. Since I didn’t want to drive back and correct the order, I just let it slide. I don’t think I would have wanted a them to correct it anyway because the sandwich was so mehhh that I don’t think any amount of cheese could have saved it. The chips were okay though.
Charlie helped me correct a mistake on my order and her politeness and kindness means I will give this location another shot in the future.
I placed an online order and it had multiple mistakes. I do not mind if my order is messed up but my daughter is picky on what she wants to eat.. also I think its very important that To GO orders are accurate .. consider the plight of hungry and picky people who will grab food from you and reach home hungry just to open the box and see this is not what they ordered for. Imagine the frustration..( on 4/20 around 7:30pm,, my daughter wanted double cheese pizza but you gave pepperoni. I wanted my pizza on sourdough but you gave it on flatbread.. and then I ordered for cookie which was not there .. I had to ask the staff to give the cookie.)This kind of problem can be easily fixed by sensitizing the staff on how important it is to make the order correct and have someone else cross check before it is set out to go.
Always great food. I love getting the BOGO pizza on Wednesdays! I got to add extra mushrooms to my veggie pizza with no extra charge. $10.81 for two yummy pizzas is a pretty good deal!
On Friday, 3/18/22, at 6:22pm, I picked up my order. 2 x Turkey original (Giant), 1 x pick two, and 2 x Cinnabon classic roll, spending a grand total of $53.37.I haven't had Schlotzsky's in years, and they were always a solid choice. About 1 month ago, I decided to try it, and the sandwich was fantastic. While figuring out what we wanted for dinner we both wanted sandwiches, and went here instead of (Jason's Deli/Jersey Mikes). Although we accidently ordered the wrong size, and was shocked by how big it was we decided to jump right in starting to eat.I had finished 1 slice, yes slice, thing is huge.. of my sandwich. Getting ready to move onto the next huge slice. While I am chewing my food, I feel something in my mouth, it's the longest piece of hair I've ever seen, and we do not have this type of hair. I pulled this nasty thing out of my mouth in disgust, and immediately just feel disgusting, and sick at this point. I spit out all the food, and close my container. Although, my wife didn't have any issues with her food, she was reluctant to continue to eat hers. We also had issues with the pizza (super hard), and Cinnabon, which was hard as well.Of course, like any other dissatisfied customer, I immediately did a contact us on the website about 8 days ago, and still haven't heard anything from them. I requested a refund, and for someone to email me. Nothing as of yet. Sadly, I don't give restaurants many chances, especially something like this, and will not be eating here ever again. If management sees this, and wants to reimburse me for the full amount of my order, please look at order# 8510984128151555 and reach out to me via email to make this right.
Wonderful staff and hit my doggie bag as meal was good
Chicken pesto pizza is the phenomenal, deluxe original is also great sandwich.
Extremely slow service. Substandard food. I ordered a turkey avocado Cobb salad with Caesar dressing and ended up receiving a bowl of lettuce and Italian dressing. Also ordered two bowls of broccoli cheese soup that were ice-cold. I don't know what's happened to this location but it used to be my favorite place for lunch. Their service and food quality have decreased tenfold since covid started. I don't know who's running this place but you guys really need to do some reorganizing and retraining. I won't be back. At least not to this location.
I had a very bad experience with one of the attendants, who is supposed to serve me at the drive-thru. Instead, he insisted me to come and pick up the food inside. I insisted to serve me the food through the window, as I ordered the food online and requested for drive-thru and the order receipt clearly says that. But this guy was behaving like a thug and rowdy. He was shouting and asking me to come inside. He is so lazy and I could see my food at his hands stretch. As I was arguing, he shut the window and brandishing some kind of rod. I refused to go inside and pick up the my order. he is very irresponsible and not customer oriented. During this pandemic, customer is clearly given a choice to either pick up or curbside delivery or drive-thru. I have been going to this store frequently and never expected this kind of rude behavior and lazy service. This is a shock to me.
The times I have been to this location I feel as if I am not wanted, and I am some sort of inconvenience for daring to make the employees in this company work. I wonder why they have so little business. I like the chain. Just not this location.
