One of the best Salad places in Irving area. They have all kinds of leaves , veggies , toppings , meat and sauces. They even give sides free of cost like croissants, pita bread etc.Although it gets busy during peak lunch and dinner hours so it will take some time for you to get your order. They could use a staff at the billing counter.Ambience is a bit dull for Dine in experience, could use fresh set of lights.
Great food. The guys there tonight were very nice. It was a little slow as there were only 2 people out front and a long line but they worked as quick as possible and were respectful and kind. Will come back here.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !! If you order online they won’t have your food ready even if is already paid. Ordered food at 4:09pm , was promised at 4:39pm. Got there at 4:36pm and they didn’t have my food ready. Food was ready till 5pm. Manager had an attitude and was rude. This location is a JOKE!!!

The food is hands down the best specialized salad you will find in dfw. The team here is FAST KIND and very engaging. Always a great experience here. Not to mention Casey at the register is always making sure everyone leaves with a smile. If you haven’t gone it is a MUST!

I’ve been to this Salta a few times. The salad is good. Customer service lacked. Kinda rude. I’ve had friendlier service at all of the other locations I’ve been too. This is the location I live closest too now...
Excellent selection, very fresh and filling. The salad was delicious, the tomato basil soup was hearty and flavorful, the cookies were nice and chewy, and the raspberry lemonade was the perfect mix of tart and sweet.
This restaurant is amazing! I just wish I didn't have to drive over 8 hours yo way at it. Nevertheless, its a must on EVERY trip to the area and I've gotten at least 6 people hooked on it so far.There's way to thank me would be to put one closer to Kansas. Thanks
When I'm lazy to make my own salad my go-to choices is here and Whole Foods. Salata is the only place I know that makes their cilantro or herb dressing savory than tangy which is great! Usually, other establishments are stingy with portions but here it's like a giant handful! I do love their collosal size shrimp.
