They have great food. I have been going to Royal Chopstix for probably 20 years. I was going before they were at the location near Wal-Mart. I use to frequent them when I worked in the area. Now I go there when I am in the area. Everyone is so pleasant. They remember me each time I come in. They still have my #1 and #2 orders (which are special orders). I just call and they ask if I want my regular. How good is that? Keep up the good work. I wish they had a location near me.
I'm from Chicago. We have China town there and I'm used to WONDERFUL Chinese food. This is the only place I will eat Chinese food from in the Dallas area. I used to live close and now live in Aubrey and I STILL won't eat anywhere else. I don't know about the bad comments people have experienced. I just know MY experience has never been bad enough to rate them any lower
I used to work in the area and liked this place. I moved away and came back recently and saw this place and remembered it, but saw some of the recent reviews and was sketchy. Anyway I took a chance and I was pleased. It was still really good to me. Got the royal chicken, Mongolian beef and combination rice. The chicken was white meat chicken pieces so it was definitely chicken and the beef was really tender and flavorful. The combination rice was really good. Tried some other places around here and the fried rice was disgusting so I’m happy to have found a place with good fried rice. The wontons didn’t have much filling, but overall I was satisfied with everything else.
We live in Las colinas 4 blocks from the restaurant and We trusted on them when we ordered before .... but today this was our poor valentine's dinner. What a deception with this food. LAST TIME ORDERING HERE.
We ordered two items and got served very quick. The food is so hot as if it was right out of microwave. The taste is okay but wish it is fresh. Another problem is that the two chicken orders we ordered barely have any meat, it is mostly vegetables.
The chicken had to be fake. There was no meat just a lot of bread coating and weird stuff inside. It didn’t even look like chicken. Totally over priced. I paid $30 for 8 pieces of wings, rice and broccoli.
What can I say...they had me at hello! And their wonderful food, and their friendliness, and consistency in their food no matter what I order. They use my name every time I call, no need to give it. Yes, I know they have it in their system, but you'll be surprised how many places do too and yet they don't say your name at all.
Bad customer service and food sometimes bad sometimes good just depends and old especially their chicken ? never look like chicken. I wasn’t going to give a review but like previous reviewer customer service is awful not sure if chicken is real because it’s never fresh. Look out for lady with black long hair and bad teeth she has mental issues and low self esteem it appears because she always has a bad attitude and deposition.
