SO and I came in looking for some protein. We ran the marathon earlier that day and were HUNGRY. They did not disappoint. SO had a half rack of ribs and I had one if their burgers (cannot remember the name, sorry) and it sides were fries, cole slaw, and baked sweet potatoes. The ribs were perfectly cooked and flavored. Burger was on point, fries had this delicious seasoning, and the side bbq sauces(they are on all tables) were very good. Service was quick and friendly. Place was clean. And I enjoyed immensely how they use mini pitchers as glasses! Thank you!
Came to Red Hot & Blue a few years ago and was one of the first places I came back to. When my co-workers got into town, we all enjoyed a meal there together. Great portions, most tender meat, and delicious sides to go with the beef The ribs are absolutly amazing, fall of the bone goodness.
Plenty of great bbq or southern cooking selections for reasonable prices. Friendly staff, great music/atmosphere, plenty of parking, conveniently just off highway 114.
I just ate coleslaw, French fries and a catfish poboy. Everything was amazing. The seasoned fries were hot and crispy. The catfish was cooked to perfection and laid in nearly a foot long French bread loaf. And the coleslaw was literally the best I've ever had. It had a slight undertone of garlic that was subtle yet flavorful enough to notice. The staff was super friendly as well. I recommend wholeheartedly.
If I had the choice to give no stars I would. If you want food that looks like and taste like a college kid just whipped it up in there dorm room, then this is the spot for you. The only thing that was red hot & brown was what I got to bring home with me and enjoyed it on the porcelain. I’m amazed to see that this place has 4 stars. Very misleading. The staff was nice and the beers were good, that’s it. Stay away!!!!
The BBQ here was very solid, but the challenges start to grow! Our waitress did a good job, but she was probably the least cheerful person that I have met in a long time. I suggest some type of therapy. The sides were not very good, and the potato salad was especially foul. You can do better for lunch.
Our order was missing 3/4 of our sides, but since we ordered through Uber Eats the restaurant said it wasn’t on them to make it right.
