I was behind a group of 5 ppl that came in before me. They seated themselves not even greeted by anybody…. I was waiting to be greeted as well but didn’t even get acknowledged even though the bartender made eye contact multiple times. She didn’t even say hi or letting us paying customers know there would be a little wait. The customer service was terrible and on top of that I sat at the bar while still giving it a chance. I saw the cook come back from the kitchen, opened the cooler and grab himself a beer and take it to the back. Judging by the other reviews I can see why it takes for ever to get food yet alone a greeting. Save you time and MONEY. Don’t come here.
Customer service sucks at this place !!!! And service can take up to 40 min for food to be ready .I called about 6 times to place an order. I decided to go in to place a to go order. I waited about 10 min and no waitress came to ask me what I needed it. The blonde mexican waitress complete ignore me instead she was flirting with the customers at the bar. If you want a fast food service do not come here !!!

la mesera nos atendio sin ganas y se le notaba ... Ni una ves nos ofresio refill y le pedimos limones como 3 veses..hasta que los trajo...Somos familia muy paciente.. Pero no volvemos nunca aqui ...Si no tienen ganas de trabajar no vayan...The customer service is horribleWe could tell the waitress did not want to be there.. And was very rude.. We were a table of 6 and she handed all the food and drinks to me since I was at the closest end to the kitchen lol .. Never offered refills .. I had to get up 2 to get her attention..and found her in the back eating... Which i wouldn't have cared.. But we all needed refills and we were all actually wanted to order more food.. But na we wont be back
It's just okay. I would be willing to return to try more menu items, because I just had ceviche tostada's during this visit. Great customer service.
Very nice sports bar combo Family Restaurant all the wait staff seems to be very nice and friendly I would recommend anybody to take their family and friends to this location and have some really nice atmosphere here I'm here about 7 p.m. on a Wednesday seems really nice and clean my name is Arnold and I approve this message
Slowest. Service. Ever.We were here on a Monday and there were only 2 other tables occupied. Our waitress was too busy taking shots with the bartender. The bartender was too busy talking to her friend that she completely ignored a group of 3 that sat at the bar.Do not recommend if you are in a hurry.Food was good but service sucks.
Great service and best enchiladas we’ve ever had! Tried this place a couple years ago by coincidence and was able to find it again . Just as good today as the first time.
No matter how many times I come here, I always leave satisfied. Food is always made fresh and hot. If there's any complaints here, it'd be that there's no fountain drinks served here, but that's ok because I prefer it this way. Did I mention that this has been a family owned business for over 20 years and is one of the most authentic Mexican restaurant compared to the more popular restaurant chains? Definitely worth the price.
Neighbor recommended this place and we were impressed. We will definitely go back. Loved the flavor of the shredded enchiladas!
